Chaos on Discord? 🏁
Running an F1 league can get messy — driver sign-ups, reserves, and last-minute dropouts make it hard to keep everything organized. 😅 I’ve put together a small system in Atomcal to help with: • Driver registrations • Reserve priority • Race reminders • Calendar sync It’s still a work in progress, and I’d love feedback from league admins who actually run races. Check it out here: https://atomcal.com/help/the-final-grid-management-tool-for-f1-25-discord-leagues/ How do you currently handle attendance and reserves in your league? Any tips or tricks that work well? 💡35Views0likes0CommentsAre you a slow driver looking for a competitive league?
Sounds ridiculous, but SDG Racing League is looking for some slow-medium paced drivers to fill a new Tier. We are a very experienced and well run league that averages 19 drivers on a grid each week and rarely need to issue a post race penalty. Our drivers race hard, but respectfully and within the rules thanks to a tough penalty points system. We welcome all skill levels. All we ask for is clean racing! One of the things we do VERY well is stat tracking for every single driver. Last season we had a fairly competitive Tier, but noticed a group of slower drivers that were some way off the pace. They never gave up and raced to the chequered flag each week a lap down, and we would like to recruit some drivers to fill a new tier to allow these guys a chance to compete for podiums and wins with drivers of their skill level. As an example, some of these slower guys are lapping Silverstone Time Trial in the 1:28's with our faster guys in the 1:26-27's. So if you are a slower paced driver (we allow assists) and you want to get into competitive league racing, but you are put off by the pace of some leagues, come and check out SDG Racing League!! Obviously if you are a faster driver looking for easy wins, we really do have the stats to expose that quickly! Faster guys are welcome too! We have a very competitive top tier as well! Managing an F1 league on Discord can get messy — especially with driver sign-ups, reserve priority, and race reminders. I’ve seen a lot of leagues struggle with chasing confirmations, last-minute dropouts, and keeping everything organized. Has anyone tried automating attendance and reserves? I’ve put together a small system in Atomcal that does things like: Driver registrations Reserve priority Race reminders Calendar sync I’m still improving it, but I’d really like some feedback from people who actually run leagues. Does anyone else out there think EA need to make future F1 games better and not worse? And they keep adding more things to do? Like everyone has all the time in the world to complete these things. Also certain things in future games (especially for F1 26) need to be left out. Such as invitationals which is completely pointless. And I can’t really see the point in Series either. You know. Pointless things like that. But certain things should be added. Such as classic F1 cars and classic race tracks. Even if that means having to add sochi. Which I personally thought was a nice track to race round. Also the choice to pick a driver style is extremely limited. Why not just let us customise our own look alikes. Because none of the existing one’s look anything like me or probably anyone else. EA should also think about releasing more survival challenges as well. There hasn’t been any new ones for a while now. It’s like EA just gave up on that idea. Anyway I could ramble on about a lot more pros and cons. But seriously EA game developers. Just give it a hard think and throw in some better ideas like mentioned above. Just to spice things up a bit more and make the gaming experience more enjoyable and interesting.120Views0likes2CommentsMouse Steering for PC Players
I would like to suggest adding mouse steering support to F1 25, similar to the system used in Assetto Corsa Competizione. Adding mouse steering could provide several benefits: More precise steering compared to keyboard inputs Better accessibility for players without wheels or controllers A smoother driving experience for casual and competitive PC players Many PC players do not have a steering wheel, and keyboard steering is often too digital and difficult to control smoothly. Mouse steering would allow much more precise and smooth steering inputs, making the game more accessible for players without a wheel or controller. Assetto Corsa Competizione already has a very good implementation of mouse steering that feels natural and controllable. Adding a similar option in F1 25 would greatly improve the driving experience for PC players. I believe this would significantly improve the PC gameplay experience and attract more players who currently struggle with keyboard controls. Thank you for considering this suggestion.79Views1like0Comments2026 season DLC
HiEA_Groguet , from your topic https://forums.ea.com/blog/f1-games-game-info-hub-en/ea-sports-f1%C2%AE-franchise-announcement/12933915 what does exactly mean “new cars, sporting regulations, teams, and drivers” for 2026 DLC? I mean, I guess the game will keep the current handling etc. but what about the new engine? Is it included in “sporting regulations”? Cause it will have less power IRL, will be in the game too? And what about DRS, will be removed and changed with the new system? So the cars will have different performances? Especially if yes, are you planning to “add” a new section meaning we may play both F1 25 as it is currently plus DLC 26 like it is now F1 - F2 etc? For example another specific Time Trial section for DLC 26? Or once DLC is installed will overwrite the game features? Or am I going to the wrong direction meaning the DLC will just include aesthetic changes but keeping exactly the same cars performance (under the hood)? Thank you in advance, if you can tell us more info at this stage… NuvSolved2.4KViews8likes33CommentsF1 27 IDEA
I don’t know how difficult this would be to implement, but I have a feature idea that could make the game more authentic and enjoyable for many players. I would love to see a realistic F1 steering wheel display in future games — showing all the data we already have in the game, like speed, RPM, ERS, delta, fuel, tyre wear, temperatures, box window, and more. Basically, everything the player normally has to open the MFD or use radio commands for. This could be added as an optional graphics setting, so players who want a simple HUD can keep it, and players who want a more immersive experience can enable the realistic display. A short tutorial (similar to the track tutorials in older F1 games) could explain how the display works for new players. The reason I and many others would love this is simple: It would make the game feel much more authentic, reduce the need to constantly open the MFD, and give players a cleaner, more realistic driving experience — just like real F1 drivers who see all important information directly on the wheel Thank you for reading, and I really hope this idea can be considered for F1 27 or future titles The pictures are an idea of what the design might look like in any case this kind of displays !143Views2likes0CommentsRanked multiplayer
When is EA and Codemasters finally going to decide to make this ranking serious? Meaning give us the option to load a decent setup of our own and give the host the option to take out assists. For the moment it is just a collection of players who don't have any idea how to drive themselves (instead of the assists), always using 0-0 wing and hitting and driving serious players off the track. That way anyone can reach easily Gold or even Elite division lolololol. EA, you just make a joke of all the honest players willing to learn . Edit: Removed offensive content.
