[AA] Is there a guide to triggering formative moments?
I am trying to get my child sim to achieve all the formative moments, and so far she has 24, but I know that is less than half of them. There are some formative moments that I don't know how to trigger, such as "Be Inquisitive about Health". She has played with the doctor set several times; I even bought a second set, but there is never an option for her to take on this formative moment. When I click on her to get her to "take on a formative challenge", it often says that there are no new ones available for her. Is there a guide somewhere to how each formative moment can be triggered (I'm not talking about how to achieve them once they have been triggered)?
Advice For Setting Up A Fantasy Save File
Looking for advice from players who have done a heavily controlled/fantasy save! I am wanting to start a brand new save file that is going to be a fantasy-themed and I’d really like to have as much control over the population as possible. I want to decide which Sims and households exist in the world, rather than having the game constantly creating new random Sims and families. I already use MC Command Centre, but I’m still trying to work out the best settings. In my current save I have story progression disabled but I’ve noticed that some of them have still had completely random babies, which is something I definitely don't want in the new save. Ideally, I want: Aging enabled ONLY for my active/own household No autonomous aging for other households No random pregnancies/babies No random marriages or household changes As much control as possible over which Sims/households exist Ideally no random townies being generated unless the game absolutely needs them I want to be able to manually manage the population and decide who lives where Basically, I want the world population to stay as close as possible to what I create Does anyone know if there is somewhere that gives a really good breakdown of the recommended MCCC settings for this type of playstyle? I’d love a sort of "set these options to X, these to Y" guide rather than having to figure out every setting through trial and error. NPCs and automatically generated Sims The other thing I’m particularly interested in is NPC Sims that the game generates for roles around the world. For example, I’m starting with Sulani, which I’m planning to make largely populated by merfolk. I’ve already been creating some custom merfolk to use. If I add several Sims to the world, make them homeless, and don't give them an existing household role/job, will the game/MCCC automatically assign some of them to NPC roles when it needs them? For example, if the game needs a bartender, vendor, lifeguard, etc., can I essentially create a pool of Sims and have the game pull from those Sims rather than generating completely random NPCs? Or is there a better way of setting this up so that I can control the Sims who fill NPC roles? I'd particularly love advice from anyone who has made a custom/fantasy world/save file where they control the population, especially if you've used MCCC to achieve it. Also is there a list of all the things that are not "active" or can be changed via gameplay in a new save for example, mermaids not appearing with their tails until they're "discovered", Mua Pel'am needing to be cleaned etc./ Any advice, recommended MCCC settings, mods, tutorials, or general tips would be hugely appreciated!
Ghost XP Cheats Not Triggering Unlocks (Otherworldly Curse/Blessing Stuck)
I used cheat codes to max out my sims ghost abilities but for some reason I can't unlock Otherworldly Curse and Benevolent Blessing even after adding more ghost exp. Not sure what to do. Help would be great, please and thank you.
Noble Title Inheritance
Sims 4 Royalty and Legacy, my queen promised her noble title to her first-born biological son, and then the trait disappeared. Now it says that she can not promise the throne to him because he is the same level or a higher level, but he is a respected regent, which should be the rank right below her. It is really annoying because now her career task to "Promise Noble Title Inheritance to Family Member" can never be accomplished unless I promise it to his siblings, and it shows up every day now. I am also very worried that if she dies and he does not automatically inherit the throne, another noble may surpass him.
