Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?
I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and neither have worked despite having full balances. And I did receive the pop up of the successful purchase on both times. What should I do in this case?? Is this something that's been happening recently frequently or? How can I get a refund for one of those purchases??
How do I turn off Blast From The Past event?
Out of no where, the trash in my sims house started to pile up and at first I thought it was just him but it was part of the event. There's trash everywhere and it's really annoying having my sim consistently be uncomfortable. I saw some online say you there's no button to turn the event off but I can play offline so I tried that. Not only did it not turn the event off when I joined the game again, it started it all over and there's even more trash than when I left the game. Is there an actual way to turn the event off or do I have to wait for the event to be over in 16 days?How do I make my sims automatically turn immortal at a certain age?
Is there any way to make my sims age then stop aging at a certain age and basically have them immortal? I'm using the MCC and set it to "All sims are Immortal." But this feature doesn't age up babies and infants unless you manually age them up using birthday cakes. I want one where they can age up til young adults, and once they turn into a young adult, they're officially immortal. I've been scavenging the whole settings of MCCC but can't find anything like that..
Ban wave
Was therea ban wave last night? Was it an error? Were the reasons for banning wrong? Was it some mistake? Were some false positive error? Why no warning before full ban? I was banned last night with no apparent reason, never cheated in any game and never bought coins or such stuff. So why would I get the ban? There is no real info in the mail I got (generic stuff like you were cheating) I noticed a few messages in the past hour on the forum o people in similar situation, so some clear communication about what happened would be helpful. Before you send each and every one of us to the support page, please consider it says there we will get a response in 10 days(maybe more), so a bit of internal checking from your side would be greatly appreciated.
Introducing custom avatars.
Hi all, one of the big asks we've gotten since the launch of the forum is custom avatars, and today we're happy to announce they're available. In order to keep content safe for everyone we need to work through the ea.com portal to upload custom avatars, so there's a small extra step, but it's still pretty straightforward. How do I set a custom avatar? Log in to your EA Account page on EA.com. Click the edit icon, and you can choose an item from the gallery, or update your own custom avatar. (fun fact, you can update your account/forum name here too if you wish) Please wait a bit, it can take about an hour for the update to process and be reflected on your account. Normally it's much faster, but we don't want you to be alarmed if it's not instant. When your EA account is updated, on the forum just log out and log back in, and your avatar will be updated. As with any new system, we might see some quirks or issues, so please let us know if you encounter any blips here.
Control settings on seasons
Does anybody know why my controllers settings? Keep changing on seasons and why can I not use custom control settings instead of competitive or how can I save my control settings so they don’t keep switching? It’s pretty annoying that every single time that I play I have to be fixing the control settings and there’s sometimes where my players get really slow because of the control settings. All I want is to save my settings for them to not change at all.
