List of Traits in The Sims 4
Hello! Despite the discussion collecting these already existing, I've decided to make my own traits list due to how these forums work (it starts from the first post, not the last post, and it takes long to reach the last post). This list contains all the traits in-game, both visible and hidden, in these sections: Base Game Expansion Packs Game Packs Stuff Packs & Kits Non-Pack Filtered Visible Traits Non-Pack Filtered Hidden Traits Popular traits Update Log To add a trait, you'll need to use this cheat: traits.equip_trait [trait_codename] And to remove a trait, you'll need to use this cheat: traits.remove_trait [trait_codename] In both cheats, [trait_codename] needs to be replaced with trait's codename. For most of the personality traits, it's same as its name, but there are exceptions (Erratic for example). Find the trait codenames in the list below. These lists will be kept updated as patches and packs come out. Please do not post under these trait lists. If you'd like to suggest traits for the popular section or want to discuss some traits, please reply to either this post or someone else's.
Q&A: Royalty & Legacy
#AD (just in case this counts as social media) I was invited to join the CFE (not final build) opportunity for The Sims 4: Royalty & Legacy. Thank you to the EA Creator Network for this chance to answer questions for you about the pack! I will be taking and answering mainly questions about gameplay - Skills/Traits/Aspirations/Career/Venues/Systems/Collections/Lore - and anything else you guys want to know about! I did test with ALL PACKS in as I believe this is yet another pack with cross-compatibility possibilities related to the various systems. (Please Note: Testing with other packs in is unsupported before regular Early Access, so may be extra buggy.) Testing was/will continue to be done on a mix of fresh CAS Sims and premades, to see lore and experience different levels if they are present. Format will be similar to past Q&As where I have links to each subject and add more info to each based on questions asked and as I discover things through gameplay. I can't start posting right away this time due to the embargo, but will be continuing to take notes/screenshots and will post info when I can. Custom Nuptials
I downloaded custom nuptials by adeepindigo and now I can't schedule a wedding in the game. the option for wedding is completely gone. I can schedule an engagement party and bachelor/ette party but I can't schedule a wedding. I uninstalled the mod but nothing ever changed. Can someone help me on this? My current game version is 1.116.240.1020 DX11Issue With New Flared Stairs
As you can see from the image, I am having difficulty placing the new flared stairs in my manor house - which would look absolutely amazing if only they would work. The stairs I had there previously were identical but without the flare, and fit perfectly, even with objects at the top of the stairs. Trying to add any amount of flaring results in the "can't intersect with walls" error as above. I have tried removing all the walls around the stairs (the only ones being those in front which they abut against), but this does not work. I can place them in the middle of the garden, where they do not touch anything, perfectly well, though those leading from the terrace at front and rear also cannot be altered without a "cannot intersect with fence" error. Removing walls/fences and then trying to place stairs afterwards does not work as they seem to ignore the moveobjects cheat and still will not place. Anyone else have this problem, or a possible solution? Also, removing one side of my stair rail causes the railing to no longer meet up on corners, which means I have to continue to put up with railings clipping through the walls.
Moving mods folder or CC to external ssd
Hello I was wondering if anyone knows how to move sims mods and only sims mods and cc over to an external ssd? I just purchased a SanDisk 1TB extreme portable ssd for this because my mods folder is 200 GB and I don’t have much space left of my razer blade pro laptop 17. Also if you move mods to a ssd, can you still download new mods to it and they’ll still show up in game?
