Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?
I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and neither have worked despite having full balances. And I did receive the pop up of the successful purchase on both times. What should I do in this case?? Is this something that's been happening recently frequently or? How can I get a refund for one of those purchases??
How do I turn off Blast From The Past event?
Out of no where, the trash in my sims house started to pile up and at first I thought it was just him but it was part of the event. There's trash everywhere and it's really annoying having my sim consistently be uncomfortable. I saw some online say you there's no button to turn the event off but I can play offline so I tried that. Not only did it not turn the event off when I joined the game again, it started it all over and there's even more trash than when I left the game. Is there an actual way to turn the event off or do I have to wait for the event to be over in 16 days?How do I make my sims automatically turn immortal at a certain age?
Is there any way to make my sims age then stop aging at a certain age and basically have them immortal? I'm using the MCC and set it to "All sims are Immortal." But this feature doesn't age up babies and infants unless you manually age them up using birthday cakes. I want one where they can age up til young adults, and once they turn into a young adult, they're officially immortal. I've been scavenging the whole settings of MCCC but can't find anything like that..
Change a small business venue to a Residential Small Business
I can't figure out how to change a small business venue lot to a residential venue. I had a gym set up and started a small business with it but then decided I wanted to have my home there as well, but I can't change the venue type. So, I can't move my household.
Information Panels
Just wondering if it's just me, but before I was able to increase the size of all information panels, like career, skills, and relationships, and now the only panel that increases is the inventory panel. I play sims on console, PS5, and before it was pressing the up directional to increase the view, but it no longer works, just for the inventory. Does anyone else have this issue? It's quite frustrating constantly scrolling to view everything rather then just extending the panel to view everything

My Sims4 game wont launch even though I mostly tried everything I could. I updated the EA App, updated all my Mods, cleared the thumbcache and much more as some people told me to do in YouTube videos. Every time I try opening my Sims game, it brings me back to the EA launcher, its so annoying. Can anyone help me? 😊
How to remove hidden sibling family relationship between gay couple sims?
I have a save file from 1-2 years ago featuring a male gay couple who adopted a daughter. Recently, when I resumed playing this save, one of the Sims was abducted by aliens and returned with an alien baby. The problem emerged when both Sims started getting "Fear of Being Cheated On" moodlets, requiring romantic interactions to overcome. However, I discovered they couldn't perform any romantic interactions except "Comfort Over Shoulder", despite having full romance bars. After some online research, a player suggested checking family relationships. In CAS they show as spouses, but the alien baby refers to her non-biological father (stepfather) as "Uncle", and vice versa. Using MCCC mod, I confirmed there's an unintended sibling relationship between the couple, explaining why the alien baby and her stepfather has niece/uncle dynamics. I've tried removing the relationship through cheats but failed. I used MCCC to modify their relationships. While I was able to remove the brother relationship at that moment, two issues persisted: firstly, there were still no romantic interactions available between them, and secondly, upon checking in CAS, they still maintained the niece-uncle relationship dynamic. I also attempted to upload these Sims individually to the Gallery and then reassemble them into a household. However, this approach resulted in the loss of all their non-family relationships, which is not what I intended. Does anyone know a way to remove this hidden sibling relationship without resetting their other social connections? Any mod/cheat solutions would be greatly appreciated! PLUS: I just discovered that both the identities of sibling and spouse can be viewed in Genealogy at the same time.
