Player Carrer Objectives wont count
I started doing the player career objectives yesterday to finish the season pass (1k xp left). I played 2 matches and then I noticed that those 2 matches didnt count on play 3 or 6 matches. Today I played one more and it counted. I continued another one and it didnt count. What the hell? I need the play 3 and 6 and 10 objective to finish my pass.. Got this email from EA Loyalty on 9/6. Have signed into FC 25 on 2 separate occasions and have yet to get a code to populate. So I got a permanent ban on all FC games due to "rules violation". I have appealed 3 times and all were denied, the last one without a possibility to re-appeal. They do not specify what I did wrong or what triggered such action against my account. I'm sure the TOS team hasn't checked my account at all, and their automated system of detection is absolutely broken. The only communication I received was e-mails with the same generic response saying that they investigated and will not reverse the decision. I'm a legit player who, over the past year, has encountered hundreds of cheaters and filed hundreds of reports, always getting the same e-mail from EA: "We investigated and found nothing wrong, no actions were taken. But keep reporting". EVERY single weekend league I encounter 2-3 hackers, always at the same 8-0 or 9-0 ratio of wins/losses. And now I'm being treated like one, and it's really infuriating. At this point, I'm actually relieved not to be able to keep playing this game. Does anyone work in the TOS team? Are they on vacation? It’s a shame for a consumer to wait 45 days for a response. It has now been 45 days since I was unfairly banned from FC 25 and until today my two cases remain UNANSWERED. Every time I open a new ticket, the answer is always the same: “Your case has been forwarded to the Terms of Service (TOS) team and we need another 10 days for resolution.” And those 10 days never end. I’ve had 11 chat interactions, all with generic copy-paste responses and no autonomy whatsoever. No deadlines met, no plausible explanation, no solution. 1) Today it’s been 45 days without a response. 2) Two open cases (#216412487 and #220695682). 3) No clear reason for the ban. This is unacceptable. A consumer cannot be left waiting indefinitely, begging for a return that never comes. According to the FTC Act (Section 5) in the United States and the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 6 and 31) in Brazil, companies must act with transparency, good faith, and clarity in their communication with customers. Keeping someone banned for more than a month, without reason, without timeframe, and without justification, constitutes an unfair and abusive practice. How much longer will I have to beg for a response??? It is shameful for a company the size of EA to treat its consumers with such disregard. I demand an immediate response. I have the glitch where my fc25 is restricted because I’m stuck in the ridiculous showcase instead of the full game. I have brought the full game on ps5 and after multiple deletion tries I still can’t access the full game.
