Need help urgently

I got Xbox game pass on pc and was able to install ea fc 25 with the ea play subscription provided, since installing, it has not worked, an error pops up saying there is something wrong with my games setup, I have tried common fixes on youtube and on ea help site, but nothing works, I have reinstalled and repaired it as well, please someone help me, I want to play in summer vacation and I cant because EA cannot adress simple recurring issues on the pc version of the game.
