Brain Tumour notices on game boxes
In the last year have paid full price F125 & Battlefield 6, gameplay too fast F125 gave an headache and bots move too fast on Battlefield 6 at least FC26 can slow gameplay down. I know it's a me problem on the titles mentioned but before others with an issue to buy it full price either say on box or add customise to gameplay speed. If training bots are this speed no way im trying multiplay.
@ea.com email linked to Game pass
I have a subscription to Xbox Game pass and when I try to play any EA game on my pc I'm met with a 2FA code that's sent to an @ea.com email address. Obviously I don't have access to this email as the inbox does not exist. I tried to log into the account on EAs website by using my Microsoft log in information and changing my email to @ea.com and it worked but I still could not get past the 2FA which makes me think it was some sort of placeholder account that EA made for me. I want to connect my Xbox account to the EA account that I'm posting on which I've had for like 10 years now but I can only unlink it if I'm signed into the @ea.com account and cant unlink it on the Xbox app. I sent in a support ticket about a week ago and haven't heard back and I'm hoping someone here has a solution. This is by far one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any gaming company, ever.
Can't unlink or sign into EA account because email is deleted
This seems like a very unique issue, but basically I have been using an EA account that I made about 10 years ago to play Battlefield 4 and other EA games like battlefront on the Xbox, etc. I have since been using a different email for my daily life but tried to get early access to the BF6 beta, which requires you to sign into your account to get the code. The problem now is that they are sending a 2-factor authentication code to this old email that I haven't used in almost a decade which I cannot sign into anymore because it looks like Yahoo decided to delete it (probably due to inactivity). So I now cannot get access to these verification codes to sign into the EA account, I cannot get the beta code, and when I tried logging into BF4 last night they said I needed to sign into my EA account again to play online (this has never happened before). AND NOW I can't play any EA title because I can't verify my email anymore, so my Xbox account is just linked to this dead EA account that I am unable to unlink or delete to make room for a new account (the one I'm using to make this post and hopefully link to my Xbox profile). Is there even a solution to this? EA support has been very slow and I'm bummed that I can't play any of these games anymore. I know I brought this issue onto myself but I wasn't really thinking about these things when I was young.A dark past
I would really like to request a feature for EA account management. I cant remove/delete game personas. One of them is from a past game long forgotten (battlefield heroes). Even EA support was appearntly unable to remove them so a way to remove these or even hide them from my profile would be appreciated. Im still unsure how EA help cant remove it either. Happy for suggestions on how other people circumvent this issue. I was told by EA help that only deleting my account would remove them, but that would also remov and EA game progress.... Anyways, im not sure this is the right place but this would help me hide a dark past and give me some face.Unstable connection
EA are you ever going to fix the server for us here in South Africa. How can i play battle field 6 and get 4 MS but on EA FC 26 i never get a stable ping game never not once. You say you aware of the issue we get no compensation but must live through this frustration that you ignore. we as a community here in South Africa are getting fed up. Please give us a server like you did for battle field we have as big of a community for both games what is going on
What's Worse Than Facing Cheaters? EA’s Anti-Cheat Banning Legit Players
EA’s anti-cheat system is completely broken. It bans normal players while real cheaters keep playing. My BF2042 account was banned right after finishing the tutorial with AI bots — for “gameplay enhancement.” No cheats, no third-party tools, just the tutorial. Then I pre-ordered BF6 on Steam, played 5 hours, and got banned again. Tried EA Play Pro with another account, banned again in under 3 hours. EA’s “kernel-level anti-cheat” keeps flagging unrelated software and never explains what caused the ban. Worse, I’m not alone. Dozens of players have shared the same experience on the forums, banned for “Competitive Advantage” without even touching PvP(my BF2042 and EA play pro didn't start a real people match, not even once) EA, this is unacceptable. We’re paying customers, not test subjects for a broken anti-cheat. This system is out of control. Fix it, unban innocent players, and start targeting real cheaters.
