Can anyone help me please! My 10 year old is on his xbox with xbox live we bought him F1 25 with the idea of myself playing with him on my pc. He's playing it offline and online and I've tried to import him as a friend through me EA app and I get '' Couldn't send request '' I thought I would log into his account put his email in and then his password and I get '' Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.'' I reset his password and I get them same again I don't understand what's going off what am I missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction please? We bought the game to race against each other and to make a team together seems a waste of money now! We both had F1 24 on my game pass and thought we couldn't play 24 because of that both using my xbox game pass. So that's why I bought the game through his own xbox account thinking that would work but no! Any help please?7Views0likes0CommentsWill EA ever bring more games to GOG.com?
It has been some time since EA has brought games to GOG and many people are wondering if and when the next games will be released. I won't lie I haven't logged in to the EA App in over 2 years now and I would have no issue double dipping to buy the games on GOG to get a DRM-free copy. GOG have a Dreamlist showing the demand is their and growing: https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/mass-effect-trilogy The Mass Effect Trilogy has over 42,000 votes. https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/dead-space-2 Dead Space 2 is almost 14,000 votes https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/command-conquer-red-alert-2 C&C:RA2 alone is over 18,00 votes https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/american-mcgee-s-alice The original Alice game is over 78,151 and with the GOG Preservation Program they would be more than happy to do the work to get the game working on modern hardware. The demand is their, I have bought every EA game on GOG and with the Preservation Program in place at GOG you could essentially just hand them the files and they do the work to get the games updated and running meaning profit for minimal effort. Please bring more games to GOG.822Views13likes27CommentsEA NextStep, a step back
I am starting to think that they know what they are doing, seeing that the forum was the only resource that popped up when I was researching a problem I was pleasantly surprised to see a "contact us" button at the bottom of the support page. Now I was fully expecting an AI assistant, at least before speaking with support staff or having a ticket created, but what EA has created is well beyond any other assistant I have ever had the displeasure of navigating. Every single prompt from EA NextStep comes with little to no regard of the information you entered into the window previously. Beyond stating your name multiple times be prepared to state your problem, game, and system multiple times in repeat. And for those of you as gullible as me, hoping, praying to at least have an actual ticket created and maybe get a chance to have another person review your problem, let me save you the effort. At the end of each session with EA NextStep it will prompt you to the EA "Self Help" guide where the AI chose an article for you to read and hopefully fix the problem yourself, the only problem, it doesn't actually listen to your problem. I was trying to solve the random EA app failure on PC and beyond having to give it all of the important information multiple times, I was offered a generic "game help" article, a "login help" article, and a "connectivity troubleshooting" article, none of which actually addressed the problem or the fact that I had attempted many of the steps those articles were suggesting before trying to find more help. If anyone has a solution to the EA app bug, I would be very appreciative, but I will not hold my breath on EA finding the solution, as the multitude of threads on and off of this site complaining about the exact issue I was having, and the EA proposed solution, if all else fails, factory reset, and the EA app and EA games are just not worth that effort.67Views2likes6CommentsEA account server connection/email change
Ive just bought FC26 Toty edition but it wont let me play pro clubs or have access to any in game passes or progressional rewards. It only allows me to play Ultimate team and co-op seasons. Im not sure what the issue is. I thought maybe it had to do with the fact the email in the EA account is old however EA wont allow me to change it without having access to that email address (I dont have access to it anymore). Is there really no support line i could call to sort this ?60Views0likes4CommentsEA, Stop Ignoring Us: Xbox and PSN Accounts Stuck on Unrecoverable EA Profiles
This is a collective appeal on behalf of the many users who have, over the years, experienced the same recurring issue – and still have no solution. The problem is simple but severe: Players lose access to their EA account, and as a result, they are unable to unlink it from their Xbox or PS profile. Without EA's help, they are permanently locked out of using EA services on Xbox/PS. And EA Support has failed to provide effective assistance. We are not talking about isolated incidents. This is a widespread and years-old problem, affecting hundreds (if not thousands) of players. It continues to appear regularly in EA Forums, Reddit, Microsoft and Playstation support threads, and gaming communities. It’s time to acknowledge that this is not a user mistake – this is a systemic failure in account management and support policy. The Problem Xbox and Playstation profiles often become automatically linked to old EA accounts – sometimes accounts that are no longer accessible, deleted, or tied to an email that no longer exists. Players cannot unlink the Xbox/PS profile from the EA account unless they verify the original EA account. If the user has no access to the email or recovery methods (due to age, lost credentials, or deactivated accounts), EA support refuses to help. Microsoft/Sony confirms they cannot unlink EA accounts on their end. EA's stance is rigid: “No verification, no unlinking.” Even if the account is clearly inactive or the user is verified through Xbox/PS->Origin credentials. Support tickets are often closed without action. Chats end with no resolution. Users are passed between departments, but nothing changes. Recent Example (May 2025) Just yesterday, I posted the following here on EA’s forums, and it summarizes the problem: “I can't unlink my Xbox account from an old EA account that I don't have access to anymore. EA Support told me there’s nothing they can do. I just want to play EA games again, but I’m locked out of all online services because my Xbox is linked to a ghost account.” Full Post Here This is not a one-off. It is one of many. What Players Are Asking For We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for a realistic, user-focused solution to a well-known issue. Specifically: A process for unlinking Xbox or Playstation accounts when the original EA account cannot be recovered. This could involve verifying identity via Xbox Live/PSN data, Xbox/PS account ownership, or linking proof. Better support escalation paths. Not just canned responses and auto-closed tickets. Real human review for unresolved account access cases. Transparency on what can and cannot be done. Many users are told “there’s nothing we can do” – while others manage to get unlinking done after dozens of failed attempts. The policy is inconsistent. The Bigger Picture Many affected users have: Lost access to EA Play/Game Pass benefits despite paying for them. Abandoned EA games completely because the account issues make playing impossible. Created entirely new Xbox/PSN accounts, losing years of progress and purchases. Spent hours or days dealing with EA support without a single result. We are asking EA to take responsibility and implement system-level fixes. This is a trust issue. Players who lose access to their EA account should not be cut off from Xbox/PS games they legally own or subscribe to. Supporting Evidence: Community Reports Date Source & Link Summary May 16, 2025 EA Forum User unable to unlink Xbox from old EA account; EA Support states "nothing we can do". April 2025 Microsoft Community Xbox Gamertag linked to an old/unknown EA account; EA will not unlink it, stating the account is deleted. April 2022 Microsoft Community EA refuses to unlink Xbox from deleted EA account; GDPR request ignored. February 2021 Reddit - r/Xbox EA demands code sent to inactive email; user locked out despite valid Xbox account. Early 2021 Microsoft Community User unable to unlink EA account; Microsoft confirms EA is sole authority. November 2018 Overclockers UK Forum Player locked to 10-year-old EA account; EA support unhelpful after multiple attempts. And many more... Final Call EA, this is a growing trust and accessibility issue. Gamers should not be permanently blocked from their Xbox/Playstation content because of a policy that assumes email access is forever. Technology evolves. People change accounts. But support systems must evolve with that. We urge you to: Recognize this as a longstanding issue. Commit to a workable solution for affected users. Respond to the community with clarity and action. This isn’t just about one player. This is about hundreds of us, waiting for a fair resolution. EA - in the name of all gamers - please fix this! As of recent international decisions, the sanctions and restrictive measures previously imposed on the Syrian Arab Republic have been officially lifted. Accordingly, I kindly request that EA review and update its regional restrictions to allow Syrian users full access to EA services, including account creation, online gameplay, and purchases. Currently, many Syrian players are still unable to access EA platforms or use their accounts due to the old sanction-related blocks. Since these measures are no longer legally applicable, I respectfully ask that EA remove the regional ban and restore service availability for users in Syria. This change would reflect EA’s commitment to fairness, inclusivity, and compliance with current international regulations. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Hi EA Team! EA_Dennis EA_Mahonia michelrespawn I'm one of many individuals interested in the now-defunct game CarTown. I understand that EA purchased GLU mobile back in the day, which in-turn gave the company ownership of all assets related to CarTown. There has been talk of bringing this game back to life for years, but movement is slow. I am most curious to know if there is an avenue we can take (whether it be me or an investor) to potentially purchase the rights to this title outright from the company? It would be a dream come true for many of us enthusiasts if we were able to get the assets needed to bring this game back to life. Any information or direction would be sincerely appreciated! Thank you in advance for your time.14Views0likes0CommentsPlease bring Back Army of Two
As a longtime EA player and military veteran, I want to raise something that I believe represents a real opportunity in today’s market: the return of the Army of Two franchise. Back in the day, this series delivered something that still feels rare even now — a true two-man tactical co-op experience that was built from the ground up for teamwork. The aggro system, partner mechanics, back-to-back moments, and coordinated breaching created a style of gameplay that few modern shooters have successfully replicated. Speaking personally, this game had real staying power in the barracks. It wasn’t just another shooter — it was a bonding experience. And judging by ongoing community discussions across forums, Reddit, and social media, there is still strong nostalgia and demand for this type of focused co-op experience. Why this makes sense now: The market is heavily saturated with PvP and live-service shooters Players are showing renewed interest in tight co-op experiences There are very few modern military co-op shooters built specifically for two-player teamwork Recent co-op successes in the industry suggest the audience is still there What many of us would love to see: A modern remake or reboot of Army of Two Preserved core co-op mechanics (aggro system especially) Cross-play online co-op Couch co-op support (still highly valued) Modern graphics and gunplay polish Optional live-service elements — but not at the expense of the core co-op identity I understand business realities and that reviving a franchise requires strong justification. But from a player perspective, the two-player tactical co-op lane feels underserved right now, and Army of Two is uniquely positioned to fill that gap. If others in the community feel the same way, I’d encourage you to share your thoughts. Constructive feedback and visible interest can help highlight opportunities worth revisiting. Respectfully, A longtime EA player and co-op fan (D-Mac5232)62Views2likes3CommentsI'm a PS5 player and my Account was BANNED from Battlefield6
My another account is registered with a @163.com email, and the system automatically rejects emails from the 163.com. As a result, my appeal submissions are blocked before they be reviewed. I contacted customer support and requested a manual update email address to a different one so I could properly submit an appeal. However, customer service refused(more than 4 times) to update my email address solely because the account is currently under a ban. This creates a circular and unreasonable situation: I cannot appeal because my email domain is automatically rejected. I cannot change my email address because the account is sanctioned. Therefore ,I am blocked from accessing the appeal process....... I really hopes that EA: Allow me to submit appeal through alternative communication channel :(( Conduct a fair review of my account status. Update my account email form the current one to a new gmail address. But I want to know any of you guys having the same issue on submitting appeal here?26Views0likes1Comment
