On June 3, 2025 when the Temple Guard event was first running, my game experienced an "Error Code 3" during combat of the Tier 1 battle. I believe this was due to opening my guild chat as the auto battle was active.
As a result the game crashed and had to be rebooted. Upon reloading, the event was marked as completed, but I did not receive the 55 shards. Because of this, I couldn't do the Tier 2 battle of the Temple Guard event, and also have been locked out of subsequent events that require the Temple Guard, as I didn't receive the rewards and thus cannot unlock the character.
Attached are screenshots that prove the event is "complete" but I only have 1 shard for the character, which I got from a free pack that same day.
I would like to get the 55 shards that I should have, at a minimum... Ideally the total shard count from both the Tier 1 and 2 missions. Or failing that, have this event be reset on my account so that I can actually do it on future event reruns.
