Galaxy of Heros web store requires verification every day
Like every day or every other day the galaxy of hero's website store asks for a verification code via email and this is so annoying especially when you press remember me but it just doesn't. Please fix this or have a don't send verification codes to this device again I'm getting tired of having to wait and type them in all the time. Also I reported this via the in game help but that was completely pointless as the "advisors" just use AI and don't actually help. They literally left in the part of the ai's reply as shown in screenshot. Bring back real humans and no I do not clear cookies or anything like that.
It seems CG misunderstood the players' desire to revive old characters.
It seems CG decided that forcing us to level up all sorts of nonsense was exactly what we asked for, wanting to revive old packs. Okay, they gave us Han Stormtrooper and Princess Leia for free along with Zeta. Krennic and Probe Droid are still understandable. But it seems they decided not to end this theater of the absurd. Instead, they decided to move on. And soon we'll get another trio pack with a Snowtrooper and a TIE pilot. Instead, let's say they beef up and revive the existing pack of Imperial Stormtroopers under Virs, which would have been logical in this setting; after all, he's the commander of the Snowtroopers from Hoth. And to finish us off completely, they decided to introduce Cobb Vanth from Conquest, who assembled a party of the most useless characters in the game Jawas, Copa and Lobot.. What's next CG? Will the next character from Conquest gather a Jedi Guardian, a Consular, and an Ugnaught under his or here banners? We have a lot of dead packs that didn't make it to Kyber. Veers, Grievous, the Geonosians, Bossk, the old Bad Batch, JTR, Phasma. A lot of characters and packs have been caught in the crossfire of new metas. Many of them still have good modes installed, and people are holding off on removing them in the hopes of seeing them reborn. Please start working on packs that people have invested in for a long time and that are drying out on the roaster without being used.Missing Episode Pass Rewards
Been through the mill with in game support who just don't understand the issue and the told me to post it here. I purchased the Episode Pass last week and received the additional rewards, apart from nodes 1 and 10, which are the 20 shards for Colonel Ward and Captain Carson. They could easily check this by seeing the amount of shards I have, Colonel Ward 3* and 15/30 which is from doing all the daily quests. Captain Carson is 0/30. I've provided evidence of the transaction and screen shots. If a staff member from CG is reading this please escalate. Thanks
CG still hasn't addressed and fixed this issue.
The week is almost over and while they fixed the issue where you couldn't claim the Loaned Unit Era Level Increase Calendar within the first hour of Coliseum reset (at least I think they did, not waiting around till 1am my time to find out 🤣), they still haven't synced up everyone's progress on the Calendar (right now some are on Day 8 and some are on Day 9). CG hasn't responded or even acknowledged this problem. Do they even understand what the problem is, and what the implications are in terms of fairness of play? Do they have any way of syncing up everyone's progress on the Calendar. How can they not even respond or put out a statement regarding this issue (related but not the same as the one in this post). Here is a screenshot of me at Global rank #49, and then one of a few others above me. As you can see those of us a day behind are max loaned level unit 81, while others are at 83. If CG doesn't acknowledge it or fix it I assume they are just waiting for enough Marquee units to be released where this won't matter anymore... Oh and there isn't a Coliseum tag in your forum options 🤣Era Loaned Unit Levels - No way to catch up?
I know many are stuck experiencing this also, but I'd like to bring some more attention to it. For context, I created my account roughly 2-3 days after the era had started. Loaned Units were delivered via the Inbox prior to very recently when they released the calendar. The calendar allows you to catch up but only for the days on the calendar that have passed, NOT the ones that were sent to Inbox. You didn't receive them from inbox if your account didn't exist when they were sent out. While I am only 2 or 3 days behind, others are several days if not 7+ days behind with no way to catch up. No the R5-D4 marquee pack is not a catch-up pack or solution. Every F2P player should have the same loaned unit levels regardless of when their account was created, this is just ridiculous. If someone creates an account today, they should have the same loaned unit levels that a F2P player has outside of the extras that were given from R5's marquee and paid sources of course. If I created an account today and then found out that the game is screwing with my progress just for being late into an era, I'd probably just stop playing? It shouldn't be this way. The coliseum is what is running the game, these missing units and discrepancies need to be addressed.Decent jawa bundle for me non existent
Ive seen many jawa bundles people are recieving are very good value, even for players at 15m gp..... I just got back into this game again 3 months ago and currently am 12.7m Gp and ive never gotten a bundle where ive gotten more than 15 SD. How come there are players getting bundles like this? and for 3 months I havent seen anything close to this value. I also spend a lot at this game.
