Missing Shards
I purchased the bonus shards for the Kix event for the 5,999 gems. When it revealed it pulled 33 shards. When I went back to the home screen, I was prompted to active the character. But I didn't, instead went to do tier 1 of the event. After finishing tier 1 I went to activate the character, but the tier 1 shards weren't there, only the bonus shards I purchased. I've chatted with support for the past 6 weeks, trying to fix my missing shards, but to no avail. They're able to pull the info and see where I received my bonus shards and my tier 1 rewards, but the tier 1 shards never made it to my character. So, I didn't get the 55 shards for tier 1, which caused me to miss all the subsequent tiers for the duration of the even. Even still the character doesn't have the correct shards. Is there anything else that can be done?

Gotta love how if EA says your bug is not a bug, the ticket gets closed and you can't respond. What a well designed forum. To be clear - the issue raised is 100% a bug or technical issue. After the end of the galactic conquest on Monday, I have not received the final crate, usually it appears in the inbox right after the end of the event, but this time nothing. I am desperately discussing with the support but we are running in circles, they ask either for screenshot or the name of the event or the details of the missing reward. I keep explaining that there is no way to access the results after the end of the conquest, and then they ask the same questions again 🤦🏼♂️ Has anyone experienced missing rewards after the conquest?
Severe Lag w/Pirates in Arena 934-364-717
I was testing my PK Hondo + Pirates in Arena, and it lagged so badly that the timer ran out, and I could get 2-3 hits in. Whether there are too many buffs/debuffs on the screen, data leaks, or whatever the cause might be, they are UNPLAYABLE in arena. My Android phone is new (only 1 month old) and yet I still experience lag in the store and some battles (usually those with heavy buffs/debuffs) ever since Tuskens. Pirates are the worst so far. The second issue is the "640M CONQUEST ENERGY MILESTONE ACHIEVED" rewards I received in my inbox. I am unable to claim the reward because it includes two new Datacrons, and to claim it, I would have to dismantle two of my L9 Datacrons, which I'm unwilling to do. So, I'm missing out on the rewards. - CG needs to fix it so that (1) either the datacrons are not included, or (2) allow the datacrons to be placed in the inbox once claimed, or (3) the new datacrons can be sold, or (4) if it reads that I have full datacrons, they won't be included in the rewards.
