Unable to advance GL events. Attempted JML and Rey.
I've now wasted 210 light side currency. I have tried JML Tier VI twice and won, but no closer to gaining the Ult. I have tried Rey Tier V once and won, but still not advanced. Anyone else having this issue/know how to resolve it? I don't want to keeping wasting my light side currency to get nowhere!
Can’t get jaxxon to level 110 because Zerek ability module not available
I’m on the final tier of jaxxon Marquita event that requires him to be level 110. Problem is we were not given enough resources or a way to ascertain Zerek ability modules to bring up our characters. Don’t think darth jar jar was accounted. Now i won’t be able to collect the portraits nor the bonus rewards from the final tier
Missing Leia Organa shards
Hi, I have recently completed the journey guide for Leia Organa, but at the end of the fourth tier the game had crashed and I was forced to restart the game. When I restarted the game, the journey guide is reported to be complete, but the 55 shards from the fourth tier have not been awarded. I am therefore stuck at 275/330 shards and have no way of activating this unit. Can someone please help me? IGN “Polegeez”, ally code 283-122-225. Thank you!
LSB Failed Transaction Issue
As your support and the players were aware, there was an issue that affected multiple players where a LSB that was purchased would fail, the player would not get the bundle they were after and then it would lock them out from re-purchasing the same bundle if they wanted to since it failed. Unfortunately a lot of these bundles are time-locked, and when we have 3-5 days to purchase these, and the issue takes 3-5+ days to resolve, then we are in a bit of a pickle there as players aren't we. Especially since LSB's take months to half a year+ before they are re-released again. I contacted EA support help for an opportunity to possibly re-purchase the bundle since this a fault on EA's end, and as usual, I've attached the generic response we get fom EA support before the conversation is immediately closed off and we get any chance to ask a question or reply. Is there absolutely no way for a player that has raised an issue to get a chance to re-purchase the failed LSB since it was previously 'locked out' from the store? Even if that is not an option, since MULTIPLE users had this issue affect them for all the LSB's that were out, are EA not able to re-release them in the store for another 3-5 day extension so the players that missed this are able to get it again? Because it's these sorts of actions that will keep annoying your paying playerbase, and is part of the larger reason your company is making less and less profit from this game... Do better, listen to your playerbase, without them your game wouldn't be where it is nowMissing shards from Jaxxon Booster Pack
When Jaxxon came out Tuesday I purchased an Episode Pass (the regular one, not the Plus.). I did the missions, activated, leveled, and promoted Jaxxon. After after all that I was sitting at 15/65 shards and 4*. I did the Jar Jar mission, figured out the cadence after missing so many times. (Reading is your friend.) I unlock Darth Jar Jar, leveled him and then tried him in some Coliseum attempts. Finally I purchased a 5 card Jaxxon Booster for 5999 crystals, and every pull was 7 shards so 5x7. I see the results and close it out. Go back to the game, I was using the desktop app I think at the time, and see I didn't actually get the 35 shards. I should have been at 50/65 (15+35) because I did lose the crystals. I close the game. Sign in again. Nothing. Restart the computer. Nothing. Switch to the mobile app. Still nothing. I filed a ticket with EA in game support and I haven't heard a thing since. Every day that goes by now costs me 5 shards. Furthermore if I don't get the shards I can't get Jaxxon to 5* and go for Jar Jar at 5*, so it costs me potential era currency as well. I don't know how long support generally takes but I did my part and used my crystals to get open the packs, but the open packs did not yield the promised reward. Is there anything else I can do to get this taken care of faster? I think 3 days is a pretty reasonable wait time. There was no user error, I just didn't get what I paid for and days that go by cost me to lose more and more here that I probably won't be compensated for. I appreciate any help I can get here at this point
