Can’t Access Episode Pass Rewards
I purchased the Era of Deadly Pursuits: Episode 2 pass from the EA web store. I got a confirmation email, but the in-game premium reward Episode Track was still locked. I tried the "Restore Purchase" button, restarting the game, logging out and in again, deleting and redownloading the game app from the Apple Store, and my purchase still didn't come through in the game. I tried all these things several times. I submitted a ticket in the Help chat and explained everything I had already tried, hoping for a quick resolution. The first response just confirmed that I had made the purchase, and the second response suggested I log out and in again, which I already told them I had tried several times. I even tried upgrading to the Pass+ for more money, thinking this would force through the rewards from the original purchase, but nothing. I would prefer just to have the premium track unlocked. On October 30th at some point late in the day I got banned, At the very minimum I would like to know the reason as to why I was banned, as the AI helpdesk says I should have recieved an Email stating what happened, but I havent even recieved that in the email linked to my google play account
Grand Arena ( GA ) joining issue between rounds
Hi all, First I've tried all the things EA has suggested about apps in background, reinstalling, cache, etc. For whatever reason when I join GA for the first round it thinks until the second round and I can't join. See image. EA help pushed me to the forum, because that's what they do. This has been happening to months. I've reported three times to EA and each time nothing has happened. In T4, my Jar jar would get instant killed before the battle would begin , during the battle as well if I survived the first attack. With a generator up, he shouldn't die. I found a solution. Change the game speed. X4 was what I normally play on. I switched it to x2 and was able to finish the Jar Jar event.EA robbing players
So im 2 weeks into trying to get EA to give me what I had already paid for, I have 100 screenshots from the 'ea help' in game, looks like I can only add 10 pics here tho, any1 else having this much trouble? Attached just a couple examples from the past 24hrs... all they do is constantly lie and gaslight, just making up stuff instead of giving my order... Pretend they're finally going to give me what's owed, then send me less than a 1000th of what I'm supposed to get and then act like it's my fault and go right back into asking for the same information I already sent them 100x a day for weeks now... Is all of EA like this for every1 else too? They know I purchased the 100$ pack of crystals from their webstore, the date, the time, the email, the game account... they already know everything, I've told dozens of these 'people' this over and over again... and they still keep asking me to send the same pics over and over, pics of proof of receipt, pics of their own webstore... It's like EA doesn't like money, because how many times do I have to share this and similar stories with everyone I know b4 they "FIX THEIR GAME"... it's bad enough they trying to make every1 quit, but they also want the few people remaining to not spend either? How many other players are they also robbing instead of just having a functional game?
