Kix Event Tier 1 - Missing Rewards
I completed an in game event for the new Marque character, Kix. After completing the battle, the game hit an error which said I needed to restart. After loading back into the game, the game registered that I completed the battle, but did not give me the 55 shards for Kix as a reward. Screenshots attached to show me total number of Kix shards, completion of tier 1, and the results of my surge pack that I purchased before doing the event. I did the event on the PC client. I had the event on auto and had opened up the chat window when the error occurred. I am not sure if this is related at all.Multiple issues here
Journey Guide will load but won’t play when you tab the battle button. Arena table will not reset after a battle ships and team tab. champions arena I’ve notice that it’s pairing a lot higher battles to a low in team like darts Vader vs Ewok this is all on a iPad iOS 17.7.9 ……..Missing Jabba Shards -no response from EA
I completed all of the tiers of the Jabba event and was left with 320/330 shards and no way to obtain the last 10 shards needed to unlock Jabba. I tried to use the help feature in the app, but it seemed to be AI responses and the issue was not resolved. I have attached what it looks like in game. I posted previously, several days ago, after being told by a dev on Reddit that this should resolve it and have not gotten any response whatsoever. Meanwhile I am unable to use a GL that I worked hard to earn which is costing both me and my guild. As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve force quit and restarted the app, tried restore purchase just in case, and raised a ticket with EA help. CG_Meathead Appreciate any further assistance you can give, ally code 467-887-633
DR Aphra lightspeed bundle
I recently purchased Dr Aphra lightspeed bundle and I was under the impression you received Hondo's I don't want to kill you per se Zeta. If so I did not receive it. Not sure what exactly I was supposed to receive other than characters at relic 5. Haven't been able to beat tier 1, I know it is supposed to be difficult but I think I am missing that Zeta. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
