Getting into the Game
I’m stuck on the loading screen where it won’t let me hit any buttons it tells me to hit X to continue, but I can’t even hit X to continue. None of my buttons have any issues it’s just when I get into the game that it won’t let me hit anything. I have a PlayStation 5 by the way. I have no issues signing into my PSN and everything is up-to-date and updated and I’ve restarted my PlayStation a handful of times and I’ve even deleted the game and reinstalled it
Apex Legends crashing my network adaptor
Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. If anyone has run into similar issues and have fixed it, please please get back to me for I have searched every possible fix and related topics and nothing has worked.Can someone save me? No email appeal, no response, no ban history, but it's just being banned. At that time, I was practicing at the shooting range when suddenly a pop-up window blocked me. (I've been practicing in the shooting range, can I still cheat?) But I just turned on an Webaccelerator (Apex server is not very good, and there is no server in my area, which should be legal because most people in my area will use it) and there is no other software because I'm afraid any backend will affect the smoothness of my gameplay in Apex Legends. It's only been a few hours and three days, but I still haven't received any notification from my end. Am I really that unlucky? Becoming a white mouse banned by Apex?🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕
Infinite Loading screen
once again my fresh install (on pc, steam, windows 10) has been cursed with a infinite loading screen. ive spent about 3 hours trying to remedy this (without re-installing, it takes pretty long, and i shouldn't have to considering i just finished installing it) I've tried: Running as admin running steam as admin clearing steam cache clearing dns if there are any other fixes, or if EA could somehow fix this issue this would be amazing, this is like the 3rd time its happened after a fresh installGame Keeps Disconnecting mid game.
So I haven't played the game in a while and have started again recently. I haven't touched any of the settings on my pc or game apart from factory resetting my pc. So recently when I play my games, in the top right I get a wifi disconnect symbol and the game kicks me from the match. And then it says that my account is not permitted to play but after a few seconds I can join back and it happens over again. Its very inconsistent and it can happen every couple minutes or every 10 mins. I have gone to EA help and they have just told me to run multiple trouble shooting things for my windows or wifi which have all said no problems. I have also reinstalled the game on steam and EA and have verified my files and still nothing. The images below show my issues.Friend list is unavailable
In the EA launcher, after i open it it looks like my friend list is not available at all. I cant search for friends, i can see them nothing. You can check the attachment picture to see what i am seeing as well. What i've done: -restarted PC, Router, EA launcher, Apex Legends. -I started a normal game and everything looks fine, but even after the normal game the friend list is still not working. -I have the same issue on another PC, so its not a PC issue. -I tried wireless and wired connection, same issue. -I tried the clear PC boot as well. -It looks like this is affecting only EA launcher, because my friends on steam didnt report the same problem. Does anyone have any solutions or tips, please help?Easy Anti-Cheat Preventing Game Launch
After launching season 25 of Apex Legends I was able to play but today when I tried to get on it didn't launch. I continue to get the loading screen for Easy-Anti cheat, it sits at 1% then closes the game. I'm running my game off of Steam and have played this game for 200+ hours on this PC. I already tried various methods to fix this, including verifying installed files through Steam. Then it closes and I get this alert. I don't have any software downloaded for cheat, nor have I ever cheated in any game. Please help if you can I've tried everything!
1 player in Queue
My account got hacked, but when i recovered it, it was banned. I got the ban overturned but now whenever i try to queue up to get into a match it keeps saying 1 player in queue for hours till i get disconnected from the game for being idle. I havent been able to get into a game for the past 5 days now. When i switch to another account i used a long time ago it works fine or even my brother's account. Is there a way i can get a fix? Ive seen a lot of people with this issue but with no solutions.
