Infinite Loading screen

once again my fresh install (on pc, steam, windows 10) has been cursed with a infinite loading screen. ive spent about 3 hours trying to remedy this (without re-installing, it takes pretty long, and i shouldn't have to considering i just finished installing it)

I've tried:
Running as admin
running steam as admin
clearing steam cache
clearing dns

if there are any other fixes, or if EA could somehow fix this issue this would be amazing, this is like the 3rd time its happened after a fresh install
