Game Keeps Disconnecting mid game.

So I haven't played the game in a while and have started again recently. I haven't touched any of the settings on my pc or game apart from factory resetting my pc. 
So recently when I play my games, in the top right I get a wifi disconnect

symbol and the game kicks me from the match. And then it says that my account is not permitted to play but after a few seconds I can join back and it happens over again. Its very inconsistent and it can happen every couple minutes or every 10 mins. I have gone to EA help and they have just told me to run multiple trouble shooting things for my windows or wifi which have all said no problems. I have also reinstalled the game on steam and EA and have verified my files and still nothing. The images below show my issues.
