Missing Darth Revan Shards
Hello! Disconnected after completing one of the Darth Revan Journey battles and was never awarded the shards. Finished the rest of the Journey before I noticed they were missing. Posted on the in game chat but havent heard back. Wanted to try and post the problem here! Missing 55 Darth Revan Shards. Ally Code 366-194-655
Charged for Jedi LSB but not credited, bundle disappeared.
I bought the Jedi LSB, but my card denied it as the bank thought my purchase may have been fraudulent. I see however I have been charged but not credited anything. I do not want crystal compensation, I want the Jedi Allies LSB content. I was credited kessel run rewards for the purchase but that is not important to me. Ally code is 715-334-931. Please help
Button Bug (Again and Again)...
Just lost another GAC battle to the button bug. Baylan vs GLLO/Fulcrum (Fulcrum cron). GLLO, Fulcrum and Drogon down, I attacked R2. His retribution *seemed* to trigger as he died and stuck the game. 3 minutes of unable to move/attack. This is absolutely, patently absurd. This bug has been around for years and unresolved. How are you so unable to fix the core portion of the battle logic to get around this. FIX YOUR GAME.
Missing Omicron from Journey Guide
Hi I’m Missing Rewards from Journey guide I purchased the inquisitor LSB and Aphra LSB. The journey guide events are unlocked, I got checkmarks on the requirements, but I did not get the Omicron rewards for finishing the requirements, could you help me get my rewards please and thank you. BUG buy Inquisitorius Lightspeed
Dear EA/Capital Games Support Team, I recently purchased the “Inquisitors” pack in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, expecting to receive the five Inquisitor characters as advertised. However, instead of the characters, I received crystals instead. This is not what I intended to purchase, and I find this situation quite disappointing. I kindly request that the characters be added to my account as originally expected. If that is not possible, I would appreciate a full refund for this purchase. Please let me know how this issue can be resolved. I look forward to your prompt response.
