I got scammed by SWGOH
I purchased the Episode Pass a week ago and still haven’t received the content. I reached out to in-game EA support, but they’ve been completely unhelpful. It feels like I’m talking to a bunch of outsourced agents who keep asking irrelevant questions instead of solving the issue. I’m getting one response per day, and nothing is moving forward. This is the last time I’m spending money on this game.
FC Lessons Advanced mission bug
I'm experiencing a Bug with the FC Lessons: Advanced mission. The 'login for 2 days mission’ never completes, I have played for 1 month straight. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling FC Mobile a lot of times, but nothing works. When I try to begin any Squad Arena match, the game starts loading forever. I told support about this, and the steps they recommended did nothing. If it helps I have recently returned to the game after an almost 2.5 year break. Maybe my old account is interacting weirdly with something?
