Since last Tuesday April 8th, 2025, I have been unable to login over cellular data. I get the error message shown below. I’ve troubleshot it with T-Mobile and they said there’s no issue on their end. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and power cycling. Any ideas?
Updating to the latest ios (18.5) released on thursday fixed the issue.
I’m having the exact same issue with T Mobile. They are claiming it’s not their problem and to contact EA/CG. However, from others I’ve spoken to it appears this is isolated to T Mobile’s cellular network. Can anyone else confirm that the game is working/not working for them over cellular on T Mobile or other carriers services?
Have y’all checked the settings on your device? Sometimes there are options that will block the use of cellular data for certain activities.
It is on in the device settings
