Missing "Nation's Story Shards" after completing all chapters/matches
Hi EA Team and Community, I have fully completed all chapters and tasks in the "A Nation's Story" event (England, Italy, and Brazil chapters are 100% finished with all green checkmarks). However, I didn't receive enough "A Nation's Story Shards" to claim the main rewards. Even though everything shows as completed on my screen, the total amount of shards is missing/short. I have attached screenshots and video proof showing that all chapters/matches are marked as finished while the shards were not properly credited. Subject: Issue with Skill Boosts for Chelsea Players in the Champions Event I would like to report what appears to be an inconsistency with the Skill Boost system in the Champions event. I have noticed that players with OVR below 119 generally receive the old Skill Boosts, while higher-OVR players around 120–122 appear to receive the newly updated Skill Boosts. However, Chelsea players seem to be treated differently. For example, Chelsea players with OVR 120 are still using the old Skill Boosts, while players with the same OVR from other clubs featured in the event, such as Galatasaray, Juventus, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid, are receiving the new Skill Boosts. This makes the system appear inconsistent and potentially unfair between clubs. Could the development team please check whether the Chelsea players' Skill Boost assignments are working as intended? If this is intentional, I would appreciate clarification on the criteria used to determine which Skill Boost version each player receives. Just recently, my home stadium isn’t changing. Even when I select a different stadium, during matches it will always be stadium Olympic. This is only in head to head and manager mode. I was getting champion tickets by using gems at the extra offers, but then I noticed my champion tickets did not register after I claimed it and my gems still got spent. So, I tried to get champion tickets any other way I can, but the same thing happened, the amount of champion tickets did not rise. Then, I went in to the division rivals and I played a match and I got the champion tickets from there and it showed I got champion tickets. Can someone help me solve this issue? And did someone experience the same thing? I also tried using other methods like restarting the app and any other way I could try to resolve it, but it still did not work.problem with the Kick Off event in FC Mobile
Hello, I have a problem with the Kick Off event in FC Mobile. The “FC Tutorial Lessons” task is marked as “Completed”, but I did not receive the rewards (40 Draft Tokens and 30,000 Gems). The “What’s Next” button also does not do anything when I tap it. My account is level 28. Please check my account and help me receive the missing rewards. Thank you.
