Game bug H2H Match Crash – 4–0 Win Recorded as No Result Hi EA Support, I want to report a serious H2H issue. I just finished a Division Rivals H2H match and won 4–0. Immediately when the match ended, the FC Mobile app suddenly closed/crashed. When I reopened the game, the match was showing as “No Result”, and my win was not registered. This is especially frustrating because that 4–0 win would have taken me to 10 stars. I had been playing extremely hard to reach 10 stars, so losing the result because of an app crash is very disappointing. This also wasn’t an isolated issue. I’ve been experiencing significant lag for the last 4–6 H2H matches, and then the app crashed on the match that would have promoted me to 10 stars. Please check the server/match logs for my account and verify the 4–0 result. I would like the missing H2H win/star progression to be restored if the server records confirm that I won the match.
