[BUG REPORT] No Access to Player Exchange – Level 33,Still Locked
Dear EA FC Mobile Team and Community, I am reporting a long-standing issue with my account that remains unresolved even after a month of attempts. I still do not have access to the Player Exchange feature, despite reaching Level 33 and completing the Kickoff tutorial. I am unsure whether this is due to a bug in the beginner tutorial system. Currently, I do not see any tutorial-related tasks in my task list at all. They seem to have completely disappeared. Yet I’ve already completed Kickoff and reached a level where Exchange should be fully unlocked. I have: Reinstalled the game Cleared cache Restarted device and network Even performed a factory reset Contacted multiple advisors who gave conflicting instructions Also, I tried this on 3 devices, these are all the valid devices. None of them is an emulator. they are all ineffective. Nothing worked. I have never used emulators or any unauthorized tools, and I’m playing on a standard mobile device. I have also spent a significant amount of money on this account, which makes the situation even more frustrating. At this point, I feel like I’ve exhausted all reasonable solutions. All I want is to access a basic game feature that should already be unlocked for my account level. Please take this seriously and escalate the issue to the development or technical team. Despite being located in Hong Kong and having all my account settings correctly configured, I am unable to access the Webstore and cannot use the Player Exchange feature. These are basic functionalities that should be available in my region according to official documentation. 🛑 Issue Details: Region: Hong Kong (confirmed) Platform: iOS EA Account Email: [edit: email address removed] FC Mobile UID: [removed] Account Level: 22 Issue: Webstore shows: “This site is not currently available in your country.” Player Exchange menu says: “Locked. Unlocks at level 2.” — despite being level 22. 🧩 Troubleshooting Attempted: Reinstalled the game Cleared app data and cache Re-linked EA account Tried support in-game and via EA Help (Case ID: #213244015) Waited several weeks for possible auto-correction Unfortunately, no solution has worked so far. Hello EA, There is a glitch in my game. The quest says I will get 2000 gems if I train all players to level 25. I have already done that, but the reward is not coming and the quest is still showing as incomplete. I have attached a video to show that all my players are trained to level 25.
