Unable to redeem the latest code from EA
Hello all, I have been experiencing errors in redeeming the game code (e.g. CAMPEAOBRASILEIRO25) for multiple times, including the latest ones. Hello EA! I don’t know how many of us have gone trough the same situation but on day 5 of the Ballon D’or event I lost awesome rewards because the Ballon D’or event mission rewards has simply disappeared for me! And this is the second time! Last week was the same (07/10/2025)! I lost gems, Ballon D’or Event Pack and new good players because of this bug! My rewards were unclaimed! I work in IT operations at FlashGet Kids, a parental control company. Some of our users have reported issues running FC Mobile and other EA mobile games on iOS devices protected by FlashGet Kids. In FC Mobile, users see the following error message when trying to log in to the game: Error report: LOGIN FAILED We've failed to log-in. Please try again. We've also seen similar issues with other apps, where traffic is being flagged as proxy/VPN. Could this be the case? Thanks, Baron Chen
“Greetings” Mission Stuck in Hero Quests
I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the "Greetings" mission in Hero Quests. The mission has been stuck at 6/20, no matter how many times I log in and claim the daily reward. I have consistently claimed daily login rewards and daily mission rewards for the past 15 days, yet the mission still only counts 6 days. This makes it impossible for me to complete the mission and progress further. Additionally, in Hero Chronicles, I have already claimed three heroes (Stam, Maicon, and Touré) and unlocked Nightmare Mode, which proves that I have been actively playing and completing tasks. However, despite all my progress, the "Greetings" mission remains stuck at 6/20. This issue has been very frustrating, as I have fulfilled all the necessary requirements but cannot advance. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this bug and provide a solution as soon as possible.
