~~resolved~~ Day 5 of Missing LSB purchase
I’ve been working with in game support but the turn around time for a resolution has been sub optimal. Especially since I bought the LSB to fill a platoon hole for RoTE that starts ~12 hours from the time of this post. on May 6, 2026 I purchased the Imperial Security Bureau LSB on the web store. Order number 1005308432572. ally code 854-695-418. I’ve tried restoring purchases and restarting. I’ve tried buying a smaller bundle for crystals to maybe kickstart the recognition. Nothing is working. My money is still missing and when trying to buy the bundle again it says I’ve already tried to buy it and asks if I’d like to wait for my purchase or cancel the pending purchase. Help is appreciated.
Forced into a ios game center account when I want to use my EA account
I'm not allowed to import any account data as the "birthdays are inconsistent" - they are NOT.. I have checked about 10 times at this point both accounts are under the same email address and i have tried both EA connect and import account data - neither work I dont even have perms to add screenshots but I have lost my GL and my executor due to this and depending on how quick this can get fixed I might start missing out on all of my daily rewards I'm not sure what other info I need to add but I'm happy to provide any that you needNot getting webstore daily gifts, can't buy in-app
I'm having two problems currently regarding purchases and free gifts: In the webstore, I am not seeing the daily gift we are supposed to get. It says "Oops something went wrong, please check back later". I've been playing for a couple of months now and it was never available. The free 7 day calender we get now and then does show up though. In the app, the store shows bundles where it says "tap for price". However when I do this, it says "Please ensure youn have network connectivity and a valid billing account, you have not been charged." I do have both active though (eg I can buy the episode pass).
