**Sith triumvirate Bundle 5th message!**
I AM GETTING VERY TIRED OF SENDING THESE MESSAGES! I bought a Sith triumvirate Lsb over a month ago maybe more, and I have wrote 5-6 messages regarding not receiving the bundle. For losing money due to an error with the game I would have hoped to get a better response. I’m hoping maybe you will see this message and actually give me the bundle. Here is so information below:

I met the requirements 4 months ago now and the event hasn’t shown. i thought i may have missed the first two by not paying attention but ive tracked the last couple and it just doesn’t come up. I’m starting a new trend because I also purchased the Leviathan bundle 1 and haven’t gotten it. I’ve reached out the in game EA help line and provided all receipts and still haven’t gotten it. They said there transferring it to someone else. Seems like getting the run around. I’ve done all the in game restore purchase requests several times, restarted the app several times, provided the EA Help reps all of the receipts and screen shots that show my purchase. Tonight I purchased the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 off of the webstore. I also purchased the Fury Class Interceptor around the same time (no issues there!) When I opened Galaxy of Heroes up I went into my inbox to claim my purchases and instead of getting the contents of the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 I instead received 5847 Crystals… I will attach the images of purchase from the webstore and redemption in game Not sure if this has been a known issue for others as Malgus’s ship redeemed successfully? Any help will be appreciated! Thank you in advance 🙏
