Missing BB8 LSB
My Ally Code is: 483-263-368 Hello, I purchased the BB8 LSB on November 21. I did not receive my bundle yet I got charged with 10 bucks. This is my first time purchasing something through the online swgoh webstore. Immediately after purchasing, this sign was shown to me: “Oops, something went wrong”I’m not able to buy the bundle through the in game store since I already purchased it once. Yet my inbox is empty. I’m afraid of losing my money just because I tried to purchase the bundle through the webstore. I want a refund or my bundle, please. I’m sorry in case this message is posted twice since I did not find my last one again after posting it.
R2 Lightspeed bundle issue
I attempted to buy the R2 lightspeed bundle from the online webstore (rather than in-game). After purchasing, I went back to login on mobile, the game had an issue and needed to reload. When I went to my inbox to accept my rewards, it was only 2800 crystals and 2000 coaxium. I DID NOT receive the lightspeed bundle rewards, and I am no longer able to purchase the bundle. So not only did I miss out on my lightspeed bundle that I wanted to purchase, but I got "reimbursed" with crystals that I never even wanted to buy. I understand it's "equivalent" but I did not want the crystals. I just want the R2 Lightspeed bundle. My ally code is 591-985-383.
Issue with shards and gear for double drops
Anyone noticed farming certain gear or character nodes (dtp and enoch for me) that they dont get the tag as “bonus” and also drop horrible rates compared to everything else? kyro shocks showed it and dropped plenty, another gear piece didnt and showed 2 dtp and enoch dropped 2, 2 and 4 shards not showing the word bonus, while finn on the enoch node showed bonus and dropped 8, 12 and 12 feels broken or just me?
R2D2 lightspeed bundle problems
i went to purchase the r2d2 lightspeed bundle because i want the imp troopers upgraded, and as i got to the credit card info, i backed out to double check what i was getting. game asked me if i wanted to cancel the transaction and i said no after being able to see what i was getting. however the game is not letting me proceed to purchase, and the R2 lightspeed bundle has disappeared from all store fronts, despite me not completing the order. webstore also thinks i completed the order and gave me the coaxium. pics with time to show r2 bundle gone and the imp troopers in it not upgraded
EA connect does not show up in Galaxy of Heroes IOS app
Hey There. I want to use ea connect in my iOS Galaxy of Heroes so I can play the pc game and use the online shop. Problem: The connect option does not show up in my app. It never did. Any ideas? EA support is clueless. Current iOS version (german - but this shouldn't be the problem) thanks, Sten
