Official Complaint-Pending LSB items (15/10) EA/Capital Games Important
Dear SWGOH team, I raised a helpdesk request on the 15th October as I did not receive a LSB purchased and still have not received the in game rewards for this purchase. I have been charged the £40 but not received the rewards. While I’m sure this is just a mistake the lack of resolution is extremely disappointing. This is the second time I am raising this on the forum and note this as my formal written notice of service not received and would like this resolved within the next fortnight to prevent escalation and external reporting. I share the details to the helpdesk, get a response after 2 days from Kausar that its all items are in my account (clearly not the case as my roster is not updated which I responded with a picture) and have heard nothing since with no way to open a new ticket/escalate. my ally code is: 332-996-785 my order number was: 1009189771052 I hope by re-raising my complaint will bring it to your attention EA and I can get the service I have paid for as I really enjoy this game and this error and lack of resolution is a black mark hanging over my enjoyment and willingness to continue to spend money on this game. Earlier today around noon I purchased two lightspeed tokens for the gungans. I received one but not the other, instead I received crystals.. Now it say, transaction is pending 'wait 10 minutes or cancel purchase.' ( it's been like 5 hours) did the purchase on the web store, the transaction went through with my bank too. You guys have any thoughts or tips on this. Says I can cancel it, can I cancel it and re purchase it? I reported that I did not receive the 5 shards of Barriss shards I got from a 1299 crystal pack, and instead of getting the Barriss shards, I was compensated with Ventress (DD) shards instead. I redeemed the crystals for Barriss for a reason. I do not want the Ventress shards. If I did, I would have purchased Ventress shards. This is not the first time that this kind of thing has happened, and this time it's preventing me from getting my 330 shards, and the bonus resources that I could have gotten from the daily battles in the Barriss event. PLEASE, can you provide the shards that I ACTUALLY purchased, and not the ones that EA thinks I should have instead?! My ally code is 116-656-142. I used 5999 crystals to get a 5 card pull of Baris, and got 7, 7, 7, 145, 7, shards, then redeemed anothewr 1299 crystals and got 5 shards. With my season rewards, and my battle rewards, I was only another 5 shards away from getting Baris to 330 shards, so I bought the 1410 crystal pack online for a single card pull of Baris. When I redeemed the crystals for the shards, I pulled the 5 shards; however, they were not actually rewarded into my account, so I cannot promote Baris to 7* Could you please either push the shards through, or could you please reimburse the crystals spent on her so that I can re-redeem the crystals for Baris shards? I recently purchased the lightspeed bundle for Second Sister/TIE Interceptor. I received the confirmation email and the gift in the inbox. However, the gift gave me around 2,000 crystals and a message that something went wrong and the crystals were a compensation gift. Is there any way to actually get what I paid for?
