Сутки не могу войти в игру UNABLE TO CONNECT pc, android and ios DONT WORK !!!!
Ровно как сутки начались проблемы со входом в игру. У некоторых моих согильдийцев и друзей тоже такие же проблемы. Помогает только подключение VPN, но не всем, включая меня. Что происходит? на PC так вообще не заходит с впн и без впн. Попробовал все советы из ea.com/unable-to-connect ничего не помогло!!!
Unable to Unlink EA Account from the Game (Error Code 9.0)
Hello EA Support, I am trying to unlink my EA account from Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes using the new in-game unlink feature, but I keep getting Error Code 9.0 when I attempt to do so. I no longer have access to the EA account currently linked to my game, but I still have full access to my SWGOH account through Google Play and Apple Game Center. Since I cannot log into the old EA account to unlink it manually, I need assistance in having it removed so I can link my game to a new EA account. Account Information (Player ID can/will be provided if/when requested): SWGOH Ally Code: 756-537-827 In-Game Username: THX1138 Google Play Linked: Yes Apple ID/Game Center Linked: Yes Error Message: “Error Code 9.0” when using the in-game unlink option. I have already tried: Using the in-game unlink feature (fails with Error Code 9.0 every-time) Reinstalling the game and clearing cache Contacting EA Help previously on a multitude of different occasions, on both platforms in-game and on the EA Help website, but they were unable to resolve the issue; instead continuously sent me through loops back and forth to one another for months. Attempted to do all of the above on several different devices from both platforms. Since I have verified access to my game through Google Play and Apple Game Center, I would appreciate if you could manually unlink my SWGOH account from the old EA account so I can link it to my new and accessible EA account please. I would really like to play the game on the PC Client and gain access back to the Web store!! If there is nothing that can be done by whoever reads and/or responds to this, I would like my issue to be escalated and investigated further. I cannot be the only player with this issue. Being a tech guy who has dabbled in many things programming, it seems to be very much a bug/glitch with the new unlinking feature that was recently added to the game. This has happened before and I was unable to claim the free rewards for a number of days. I go to the usual spot and see “Oops! something went wrong here.” I’ve seen previous threads but no actual solution anywhere. I’m accessing the web store on my IOS device and account is linked/other parts of the web store work perfectly fine.Day 3 of era still do not have correct loaned units
The calendar bug from day 1 (7/28) has caused me to miss out on 5 levels on my loaned units. This is causing me to already lag behind what others at my investment level are at. I bought the episode pass along with many others in my guild. We like to use coliseum as a competition amongst the guild, who can get higher, find better comps etc. Due to this I can confidently say where my units should be vs where they are. My units are currently loaned level 12 Mara Jade level 14. Others in my guild with same investment amount are loaned level 17 Mara Jade level 17. I have already missed out on 70% of tier 2 krayt and the mat rewards that come with that vs the 6% i was able to get as well as 40% of zeffo instead of the 5%. This has also pushed me down tiers in the overall rewards costing me 300 on day 1 and likely 600 on day 2. i do not want to be behind all era because of a bug. 5 loaned unit levels is a huge amount to not have. For the past few days someone has been playing on my account and I have changed passwords and set up 2FA and no change. I’ve used the ea help in game and nothing. My name is pls stop in an attempt for them to stop playing on it. I’ve spent money and have the email and transaction history.
