Jaxxon won’t get overpowered and die darth jar jar tier 4
No matter how long i try, jaxxon wont die. All my units have dark mastery on them. Tried several times when he did get overpowered, but didnt die that turn so he one shot kills my units. all the other times i tried, he did die when applying dark mastery to rey, but he doesnt get overpowered and i can kill him like endless. is this another bug?
Conquest Battle Freezing Repeatedly, Players Losing Energy and Stamina
I’m beyond frustrated at this point. For the second time, I’ve experienced a game-breaking bug during Conquest where the entire battle suddenly stops functioning. Characters stand completely still, nobody attacks, and the battle becomes impossible to complete. The worst part? Even after allowing the entire battle timer to reach 0:00, NOTHING HAPPENS. The battle doesn’t end, no victory or defeat screen appears, and I’m left with no option but to force-close the game. I even have a screen recording documenting this happening. Here’s my problem with this: Why are players being punished for bugs completely outside their control? Conquest energy is limited. Character stamina is limited. Both are essential resources for completing feats, earning rewards, and progressing through an already demanding game mode. When the game breaks, we lose those resources despite doing absolutely nothing wrong. This has now happened to me twice, costing me energy, stamina, and time. It’s especially frustrating when we’re already working against a limited Conquest event timer. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for basic fairness and accountability. EA/CG, please address the following: Is this battle-freezing issue actively being investigated? Why are energy and stamina not refunded when a battle becomes impossible to complete due to a technical issue? Will affected players receive compensation for resources lost because of these bugs? What steps are being taken to prevent this from continuing? I understand that bugs happen. But players should not have to absorb the consequences of those bugs, especially in a game where progression is heavily dependent on limited resources. At the very least, Conquest energy and character stamina should be restored when a battle fails because of a game-breaking bug. I have video evidence available and would appreciate an actual response from the development team rather than a generic troubleshooting message. This is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope it gets addressed.
The Ronin - crystal packs - accidentally bought it

I’m hoping a Community Manager can help me find the correct human support path. My old account, Dack/DackVigil, successfully loaded on this same iPhone about 3 weeks ago after I had been away from SWGOH for years. I suffered a severe brain injury, and so much had changed that to help manage the overwhelming changes, I created a separate account, Sam, using a different email so I could go through the new-player experience and relearn the game. I never intended to abandon Dack. When I later tried to return to Dack using the original Google Play account associated with it, Dack did not load. Instead I got a new Mol Eliza account. I still control the original Google account and have its historical SWGOH purchase receipts. I’ve now spent almost two weeks trying to get help. In-game support repeatedly cycles back to requiring Dack’s Player ID or Ally Code—the identifiers I’m trying to recover. The web-help route has also repeatedly dead-ended in automated/self-service flows before anyone can actually examine the problem. One advisor finally understood that this may be an account-association / identity-resolution problem, particularly because Dack successfully loaded on this physical iPhone only weeks before the failure. But that was days ago, and I have not been able to confirm that anyone with technical access is actually reviewing it. I also have a cognitive disability, which makes repeatedly reconstructing a long support history especially difficult. This forum post is genuinely the last route I can think of to get the problem in front of someone who can tell me where it belongs. I am not asking forum members to recover the account. I’m asking how to get this recent account-association failure routed to the appropriate EA/CG technical team for human review. I can provide Player IDs, device details, receipts, and the existing support history privately if a staff member needs them. I’m posting from the EA account associated with my newer Sam account; Dack is the older account I need help identifying. I have loved playing Sam, and bought a bunch of bundles. I don’t want to lose this account. And I really want my original home. If anyone can help or advise. I’ll do whatever you want. Hello there, My most recent episode quest is to complete 2 raids. Of course this comes with about 4 hours left on our guild’s most recent order 66 raid. I had already completely my attempts well before this episode quest came out. How am I to get this episode quest completed? This will prevent me from finishing the episode quest bundle and thus miss out on the bonus. Any suggestions?
