Major bugs in newest release
All these reported issues are on iPad - one on iOS 18.4.1 and one on iOS 16.7.11) #1 - game hangs on resuming game when game has been in background. Must shut down and restart program. #2 - Bought items disappear. I bought 5 picnic baskets from another city and my inventory then showed only 4! This is verified because I bought them from another member of my team. #3 - Older iPad (iOS 16.7.11) - the ability to pull items, whether from factories or stores, is slow. You have to tap and wait to get each item. This has happened before and seemed to be resolved before this new game was pushed out. #4 - Items not showing up when a fellow team member posts an item in his warehouse. Both of us had to restart the game before the items finally appeared. Over 5 minutes delay.
Park stacking: Do multiple parks boost development?
Hi everyone, I’m trying to understand exactly how parks work in SimCity BuildIt. If I have a row of buildings covered by multiple parks (e.g., 5 parks covering the same 5 buildings), are there any cumulative benefits?Specifically, I’d like to know: 1. Does adding multiple identical parks to the same area increase building development (i.e., make them look better and taller)? 2. Or is it enough for a building to be covered by just one park, with no added effect from additional ones? 3. Do park bonuses stack in terms of population increase? EA support couldn’t give me a clear answer and recommended I ask here. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help clarify this!When I go to DC, I get the Game Out Of Sync error after about 60 seconds.
Each time I try to upgrade a building or make any changes in the new DC, I get Game out of Sync error and my changes aren't saved. I am playing on my iphone. Has happened repeatedly this morning. I am not sure what to do. I closed the game, restarted my phone and that has not worked. Any suggestions?
I have a small bug with the bridges
So, the problem is that I can’t put a bridge between two corners in the border of the city. more details: the bridge is the bronze bridge, the streets are one with trams the other is a simple street, the bridge is 2 blocks long, i want to put the bridge next to the mountain the third photo is to show that in another part of the map i put a bridge but in picture 1 they won’t me do that :( you can answer me in english, italian and spanish thank you very muchRecent Mayor’s pass Bug
I had been playing on an account for the past few months I linked to my Apple ID and forgot I had previously linked my account through Facebook. I went to link my Facebook and it pulled up my old city from years ago that was 20 levels higher and well over 300k+ higher population with much more of the map unlocked so I decided to override the city I had been working on and start with the old one again. This was a few days into the current mayors pass and I completed challenges and milestone rewards as normal but I didn’t realize I wasn’t receiving rewards and having my green plumbobs increased. I’ve used the in game help chat at least 4 times to discuss the issue now with no help. Get the same answers that I can’t prove the progress lost and that the issue should be resolved with a restart/power down/ etc. I imagine I would nearly have finished the 38 tiers by now based on the number of challenges and milestones completed and sent EA multiple pictures and videos of proof showing how when I complete challenges I’m not awarded plumbobs. With the week ending I was given the total showing my plumbobs and leaderboard placing and it showed I had earned 55,790 plumbobs but my mayors pass still only shows 2,000. Now that it is a new week my rewards are working again but the started increasing from 2,000 so I’m missing 55,790 plumbobs of rewards. 55,790 plumbobs also would have put in my first place on the leaderboards, giving me the grand prize but I did not receive that either. I’m curious if anyone else has had this bug and a similar experience of the ea help staff not award their rewards when they show ample proof and documentation of the issue. I’m attaching multiple pictures with evidence of the issue to hopefully actually get reimbursed for the rewards I am owed because the in game chat helpers refuse to help me. Some of the photos show screenshots from a video showing how I completed a challenge and wasn’t given an increase in green plumbobs and the other photos show the final results from the week with me being show having 55,780 plumbobs but then the mayor pass still only showing 2,000.
