HOW TO FIX!
So like everyone here I’ve also been having problems with my sims city being off center. Every time I try and click on something it clicks on something else.. WELL I was trying to figure out how to collect my daily things specifically the daily chest in store area and I couldn’t click the collect button so I just started spam tapping and it made me watch an add for 7 cash (the option next to the daily chest) so I let the video play and when it was done my game was back to NORMAL! Idk if that’s the reason it got fixed but it was off center before the ad and the second it was finished my game was working perfectly again. If anyone is having issues with the game being off center try that and hopefully it starts working!Solved28Views0likes2CommentsRegions and utilities?
Hi there, Ive been getting mixed answers to my question online so I thought coming on here would probably be the smartest move at this point. I recently unlocked my first region (frosty fjords) and my residential zones weren’t asking for utilities and not changing demand in my capital yet changing demand in my region (but here’s the kicker, my zones weren’t asking for it and I was able to upgrade etc. and happiness was at 100% in my region) which brought me into looking at this originally but now after having the region for a couple of days all of a sudden they’re asking for utilities (more specifically water, but just water not any other utility). So my question is… do all regions and capital city share the same utilities and I just need to increase my water supply in my capital or does each region require its own utility network? Thanks in advance.Solved32Views0likes3CommentsYesterdays SimCity update messed up my game
This last update has shifted everything where everything is off center. You can’t push any buttons because nothing is lined up. Even when you open the game everything is off…Does anyone know if there’s an update to fix this issue that was created with yesterday’s update?37Views1like2CommentsScaled Down Graphics - bug
Subject: Device Profile Issue: iPad Air 11-inch (M2) locked into low-end graphic profile / missing shadows and shaders Hello, I am writing to report a device-recognition graphic bug on my iPad Air 11-inch (M2 chip, 8GB RAM) running the latest version of iPadOS. Even though this device features desktop-class hardware, SimCity BuildIt is failing to recognize the M2 processor and is defaulting to the lowest-tier "Safe Mode" graphic profile. Observed Graphic Regressions: Missing Dynamic Shadows: There are zero building or object shadows rendered on the terrain, making structures look flat. Downgraded Shaders: Water rendering is completely flat blue with no transparency, reflection, or ripple shaders active. Aggressive LOD Scaling: Heavy texture downscaling and blocky models on trees and props. I have already attempted a clean application reinstall and toggled iPadOS Display Zoom settings, but the application remains locked in the low-performance profile. It appears the device identifier for the M2 iPad Air (11-inch) is missing from the game's internal hardware configuration/whitelist file. Could you please escalate this to the engineering team so this model identifier can be added to the high-performance graphics tier in the next optimization update? iPhone 14 Pro Max — incorrect camera aspect ratio/FOV after latest update. UI elements retain correct proportions, but the city viewport is incorrectly scaled/zoomed. Issue began immediately after updating. Rebooting and reinstalling/offloading the app don't resolve it. iOS 26.6.1.272Views5likes12Comments# SimCity BuildIt Bug: Completed but Uncollected Weekly Assignments Disappeared
I recently encountered what appears to be a serious progress-related bug in SimCity BuildIt and wanted to share the details to see whether other players have experienced the same problem. While collecting a daily reward, all of my completed but not yet collected weekly assignments suddenly disappeared from the assignment list. The assignments that were still in progress remained visible. Only the assignments that had already been successfully completed and were waiting for me to collect their rewards disappeared. The following completed but uncollected assignments disappeared: Do Cargo Ship Deliveries Earn Simoleons Earn Golden Keys Produce and Collect Commercial Items Trade Items in Trade Depot Dispatch Passengers Complete Airport Deliveries Complete War Deliveries That means eight completed weekly assignments disappeared at the same time, together with the progress/rewards associated with them. This was not a case of unfinished assignments being reset. All eight had already been completed and were simply waiting to be collected. Troubleshooting Didn’t Fix It I have tried all reasonable troubleshooting steps, including restarting the game and devices, checking the account on another iPad, and completely reinstalling SimCity BuildIt on one of the devices. Nothing changed. The missing assignments did not return, while the assignments that were still ongoing continued to appear normally. This makes it look much more like an account/server-side synchronization or progress issue than a problem with the local installation. In-Game Support Also Crashes There is unfortunately another problem: whenever I try to open the in-game support chat panel, SimCity BuildIt crashes. I therefore tried reporting the issue through the website, but was informed that website support does not handle mobile-platform cases and that mobile issues need to be reported through the appropriate mobile support channel. This creates a difficult situation: I cannot properly access the designated in-game support channel because attempting to open it crashes the game. Looking for Other Players With the Same Problem Losing eight completed assignments simultaneously represents a significant amount of gameplay and progress. I have kept details of both the missing completed assignments and the assignments that remained active and have provided the information to support so they can hopefully investigate the server-side history and restore the missing progress. I’m posting this publicly because I would like to understand whether this is an isolated account problem or a wider SimCity BuildIt bug. Has anyone else had completed but uncollected weekly assignments suddenly disappear? In particular, I’d be interested to know whether they eventually returned automatically or whether EA Support was able to restore the assignments, points, or rewards. If you’ve experienced the same issue, please share what happened and how it was resolved.102Views1like2Comments
