Disconnected from EA Servers after 6-4 Win – Match counted as Loss

Hi EA Support and Community,

I am writing to report a frustrating issue I encountered today in Ultimate Team regarding a promotion match.

I played a crucial match and won with a final score of 6-4. Immediately after the match ended, during the coin reward screen, I received an error message stating: "The EA servers are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later."

I was kicked out of Ultimate Team. When I logged back in, the match was registered as a loss (DNF). This is extremely disappointing as it was a promotion match that I rightfully won. My internet connection was stable throughout the game, and the disconnect happened on the post-match menu, not during gameplay.
