Disconnected after Winning a match in Champs and receiving a loss

I won a game 7-6 after extra time and after the game finished I got a message saying I got disconnected without an WiFi issues. I logged back in and received a loss. This has happened to me on a number of occasions and is really frustrating as I am not rewarded for my wins. Please fix this as this has been going on for months .
