New Season Error

Ever since the new season update the game keeps giving me a server error. I have done everything possible and the game keeps kicking me out not allowing me to play. It is not my WiFi so Please FIX the Game! Hoping for a game update regarding this issue, asap. It’s been a week and still counting.

“Lost connection to EA servers (Domain eadp::AuthenticationError Code 10000). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.”

Error Message: 
“Connection to server timed out (code:leaf). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information”
