Not being able to connect to the apex servers
So when are we expecting the fix with the not be able to load into apex at all and it has been a issue since the original update and for the record I have already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it still the same issue and honestly it should of been fixed with the most recent update
HWID Ban in one day, on 3 accounts?
Hello, I got HWID banned by the end of February on all the 3 accounts I used on my PC. The accounts were ranging from 7 years (this account, which is my main also played on PS4) to 2 years. All accounts are 1.3-1.5 KDA (both career and including the last season I played), and I only could get them to diamond elo, tops. And of course, no 20 kill or 4k badges in battleroyale on any of them. Whatever triggered the EAC, it counted as a repeated offense since I was playing on 3 accounts, simultenously, everyday. By the way, I can play other EAC games like arc raiders and the finals without any problems, on the same Steam account which is attached to this EA account. So it maybe Respawn's own anticheat system instead of EAC? I have contacted the support several times, tried to explain this situation but the replies I got from them were all automated. Could someone manually check my situation and tell me what is going on? Thanks in advance.
Ash Still Locked (Please Help)
I have been trying to get the attention of literally anyone at EA regarding a bug I have had for over a year. The game registers Ash as locked and it doesn't allow me to unlock her. I got her when she came out and I own multiple legendary skins for her, I actually just got the gold one from the latest event, now can’t use:(. The game just doesn't allow me to play her. When I click on unlock there is nowhere to even spend legend tokens to get her back,I even tried to get my husband to gift it to me but no such luck. I can literally prove I owned her as I have skins, trackers showing her kills etc. Every attempt I have made to contact EA support, or anyone has just led me in a circle promising something would be done. Even so much so that they asked me to make a report and try to get upvotes. It is now the new season, and it still not fixed. Can anyone help?Game connection issue
Good day, when I am trying to connect to the game, I get a message stating: "This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information". Can someone please assist in why this keeps happening, as I cannot find anything via the "ea.com/unable-to-connect"? I don't have any bans on my account; it just started happening a few weeks ago, and it does not want to go away.Error processing game logic, cant log in
Cant play because my game immediately freezes and sends me back to the main menu and says “There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_grx.gnut #1633 [Ul] The index "11044" does not exist” Ive tried everything and when I contacted support they did nothing beside waste my time and basically told me that I pray it gets fixedpossible corruption in installed apex files
every time i try to launch the game it says verify the intergrity of the game files and then crashes and i keep doing and it still says the same i tried a lot of things i even did a clean reboot of the whole pc twice and it didnt work and i uninstalled and installed back at least ten times and verified the files more then 100 times,also im getting alot of errors and they are not all the same(u can see them in the screenshots i put) and btw i talked to ea support and after more then 5 hours of chats with alot of agents and alot of instructions from them nothing worked maybe someone know or solved this before and can help me?

No matter what you do troubleshoot, reinstall the game, different network, different console. NOTHING WORKS I saw a thread that a EA employee was helping players that were dealing with this issue and If someone can review this please do, Don't tell me to contact EA support it doesn't help I have done it a million times. Just wanna get back into apex and play but cannot with me being the only player in que. Apex is unplayable after an update broke the game for my configuration which has worked for 6 months. I experience severe texture corruption on Nvidia GRID drivers 539.64 and 581.80 both after complete clean reinstalls of the game and Nvidia drivers tested with both Nvidia drivers running on stock settings. It is not a faulty hardware problem, I can play much more demanding games like Battlefield 6 with this config for hours without issue or crashes. I am using an Nvidia Tesla V100 with a GTX 1070ti with NVcleanstall telling the grid drivers to treat the 1070ti as both a Tesla P4 for 539.64 and as another tesla V100 for 581.80. Ansel is disabled, HDCP is disabled and MSI interrupts are on The game launched and ran perfectly for 6 months with this configuration up until the update on 24 March 2026 and now whenever I launch the game the textures appear like in the attachment. I can still move around the menu and play the game but the textures are extremely corrupted.
