White screen when launching apex legends on PSN
Hey, I have never written one of these before. I’ve been having this problem since yesterday- I believe the EA servers crashed at some point. It wasn’t just me who is experiencing this. The Problem comes in where now I am the only one experiencing it still. I was told to reset apex (which I did) where I would be promoted to re-sign into EA Account, (I have not received that message) I reset my PlayStation, Switched my DSN, Unplugged the PlayStation, reset my modem, updated my apex legends, signed out of my PSN signed back in, uninstalled the game reinstalled, and even logging in on a different PSN. Nothing worked- someone please help! I really miss playing apex and don’t know what else to do to fix this!Apex legends possible corruption in installed apex files
Hi everyone. I have recently come across this issue where I start my game and I get this error and boots me out. I have tried everything I can find online like, verifying the integrity of my files, deleting my pak files, disabling all anti virus, restating PC, opening the game with DX11, getting rid of any overlays or anything in the background with no luck. My game will crash after any random amount of time played with no crash error. The game just freezes then closes. Sometimes it will blue screen like a restart with some sort of error but I cant read it it's too fast and then my whole pc restarts. Once my pc just shut off and restarted with no warning at all. The next problem is when this happens about 80% of the time I can't relaunch the game it just keeps crashing after booting on title screen or mid cutscene. After about 2-6 tries it finally does launches and puts me back into the game. Note: THIS ONLY HAPPENS WITH APEX LEGENDS, NO OTHER GAME. Not sure what could be causing this issue I try disabling back ground apps when trying to re launch and some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. this has been happening since the new split update. This is extremely frustrating as it affects my ranked play leaving my teammates without me.Account glitch
Hello my account is still glitching. The currency’s are flashing non-stop. I can’t access the store. I can’t change any skins or badges/trackers. I can’t change any of my heirlooms that I’ve spent a lot of money on. My battle pass has been stuck on level 26 for DAYS now it won’t level up. I can only play the game. My stats are tracking though which makes me think it’s some sort of main menu ui bug. I have people commenting to me that their accounts have the same bug as mine. I have a problem with apex legends, i have tried multiple thing. I tried reinstalling it, i tried downloading it on EA, i even restarted my whole PC, and its always the same it just loads and automatically closes, I tried verifying the files multiple times already, also my EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup doesnt even wanna open when i run it as an admin. My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Can someone please help?
