EA App not recognizing F1 25 Steam license
I bought this game June 26, with high hopes of playing in preparation for the now released F1 movie Unfortunately, I kept running into this issue where the game doesn't recognizes my EA Account, and the EA App refuses to acknowledge my Steam license, despite the game being bought and installed legitimately through Steam. It keeps refusing access to online features, claiming it cannot connect to the EA Online servers. I have already done every step possible to troubleshoot, from re linking my EA and Steam account, reinstalling the EA App, verifying the Steam game files, running both apps as administrator, etcetera. It is also worth noticing I have contacted EA Support multiple times, and told this is a widespread issue affecting multiple F! 25 Steam players, not just me. Regardless, I was offered no fix, besides refunding the game and re-buying it via the EA App, which I think is an unacceptable solution because then why even bother offering EA games on Steam. Not wishing to be a nuisance, but I paid 74 USD for this game and DLC, and I can't access basic online features. IS there a way to re-sync the licenses manually? Or if there is an estimated time for a fix. Thanks in advance
Failure to launch from the EA Play app
Just downloaded my first game F1 25) and it refuses to launch. I get messages re: checking for updates, anticheat etc., before it says it's launching the game, but it just takes me straight back to the EA Play app. I've tried all of the suggestions I found online (run as admin, repair files, show only 1 display etc.) but the same thing keeps happening. F1 25 Crashing (ANTI-CHEAT)
Hey all, I’ve been stuck with this crash that began today and I’m out of ideas. Hoping someone else has hit the same issue: Error log (Event Viewer, Windows 11): Source: Application EAAntiCheatService The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005 What I’ve already tried: Verified game files (Steam) Reinstalled EA AntiCheat Clean GPU driver install with DDU (just last week) Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA, MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner, etc.) Closed RGB/control apps (Corsair iCUE, Armoury Crate, etc.) Cleared EA App cache Disabled Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) Reinstalled latest Visual C++ runtimes (x86 + x64, 2015–2022) Tried without XMP/EXPO System: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 RX 7800XT, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Steam version of the game Issue: Every time I launch F1 25, the game dies instantly with EA AntiCheat logging 0xC0000005. No other errors show in Event Viewer except the AntiCheat entry. At this point I’m thinking it’s either a deeper EA AntiCheat conflict, or something specific to my system config. Hi, I've just bought this game and have been trying to launch it. I've had very little success. I've probably tried to launch it 30 times. One time when I launched through EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, it actually launched, I was able to play for about 20 minutes, then it crashed again. I have since not been able to launch it again. No error code comes up, it just crashes (and sometimes crashes my whole computer). I'm quite frustrated. I'm trying to play it through steam. This is my rig: Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF (3.00 GHz) Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor It runs every other game fine (including F1 24). Every other game I can run on ultra graphics. I've tried many fixes for this, including full reinstall, verifying the files, altering the hardware_settings_config file to turn off ray tracing, reinstalling graphics card drivers, disabling overlays (steam and NVidia). I've tried every troubleshooting method under the sun and the game freezes and crashes after just minutes. Other games on my Xbox, even those of similar size to f1 25, work absolutely fine. Support chats have not been able to help. Not even a dodgy game file as I initially bought it off the xbox store, refunded it and tried a key from amazone. Neither working
Somehow I got my account suspended
I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.Freezes then crashes just minutes after starting the game
I've just upgraded to an Xbox Series S and I bought the game from the xbox store. Every time I try to load it up, it freezes then crashes on me (without an error code) after maximum of a couple of minutes, at completely random intervals. The xbox can handle other games including those of similar size perfectly fine, my network is fine and I think I've tried literally every troubleshooting method possible. Both Xbox and EA support chatlines couldn't find a solution. Any help would be really appreciated to overcome this issueCan someone please help me?
I just bought the F1 25 and downloaded it. When i try to open it in the EA app it opens the splash art, then asks if i want to play the VR version or the romal one. When i select the normal version and press play it loads for a minute and puts me back into the EA app. Please someone reply, ive tried every youtube tutorial and the suggested ideas i read in some forums here.
