This EA account is restricted from accessing online features
When I try to launch FC 25, I get the following message: "This EA account is restricted from accessing online features." I contacted EA Support, and they told me to post my issue here in the forum. They confirmed that my account is not banned. However, the FC 25 Web App asks me to create a new Ultimate Team account, even though I already had one. Hi When I launch the game from Steam and need to choose my settings profile, it says "Failed to load", and the settings profile doesn't have a name. I've tried downloading the latest NVIDIA driver, verifying the game files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting Steam and my PC. I’ve found out that the settings profile no longer exists, so I can’t delete it or create a new one. There’s no “Settings” folder inside the EA FC 25 files either. I also tried creating a settings file myself to see if it could possibly overwrite the old one or work as a replacement — but it didn’t help. I have been experiencing this issue for more than 2 weeks. I hoped the recent update would fix it and no luck. Things I have already tried: Repairing the game (multiple times) Updating anticheat with the tool, uninstalling it, reinstalling it (multiple times) Deleting and Redownloading Fifa (multiple times) Deleting and redownloading the EA app Starting the computer in safe boot and running the game (multiple times) Running everything as an Admin Flushing the DNS Disabling Firewalls Creating a completely new windows user and only downloading EA.
