Ultimate team no loading
Last 24 hours ultimate will not load up. It’s stuck on the loading screen with the music playing. I’ve tried everything from forums. Cleared cache reset modem. Deleted the game reinstalled etc. Other game modes work okay but very slow. How can I resolve this issue? I’ve even tried little hacks like opening the Webb app then loading the game. I was playing the gauntlet mode. I went into a game, it worked fine. I played a game or two of fut champs. Then when i went into the second game in gauntlet it let me use the same team again. So i did. Then for the 3rd game it made me use a different team. Upon completing the game i got kicked off the servers. I went back in thinking it was just a bug, and upon completing another game I got kicked from the servers again. In between these games of gauntlet i played a couple games of fut champs, and it allowed me to complete the game and recorded it I then went into gauntlet one more time, and "dash boarded" the game and couldn't load back into ultimate team. Hence getting the error message below. Has anyone else had this issue? Aujourd'hui le 07 12 2025 encore un match clash d équipe arrêté en cours et non comptabilisé. Le problème ne vient pas de ma connection mais il affiche "problème serveur " les matchs rapportent des point qui permettent d acheter des packs ,il s agit d une action commerciale, je demande donc une compensation. Il s agit de la 2eme fois car, je ne me souviens plus de la date mais, la même chose est arrivée il y a quelques jours. I have been having an on going issue since the launch of FC 26. Since launch I’ve had the error message saying: “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.” - See attached image below. Firstly I did the normal troubleshooting, restarted playstation, restarted router, etc. Nothing worked. I contacted my internet service provider and they said everything is working as normal. Every single game works except FC 26. I even reinstalled FC 25 to check and the old game even worked and connected straight away. I took my PS5 to a friends place to try there and it worked first time and i connected to the servers. It also works when i use my phone hotspot. My account isn’t banned/restricted or anything so it’s a FC 26 specific problem. As my internet works for EVERYTHING except FC 26. There has been a few times where i’m sat for hours clicking R3 to connect and it randomly connects, or i load up FC 26 as normal it and connects first time. But after a few hours i get the same error message and I’m kicked out again. I NEED HELP RESOLVING THIS AS I SIMPLY CANNOT PLAY. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCE THE LAUCNH OF FIFA. I’ve done every single trouble shooting you could think of, internet ports through the router, checked if anything is restricting, and so has my ISP. I’ve even clear cache from PS5. I’ve done everything. It’s now been over a week since i was last connected (which was for 1 day) and before that was another week of the same error message. Ive sent now 4 cases the last 4 days through EA HELP explaining this and I’ve had nothing back from them. I’m at a dead end and not sure what to do. I simply just want to play the game. Over the last 24hrs, something has happened with my ISP or EA Servers which has effectively kicked me out. Through investigation, I have done all the usual steps from knowledge and guides: restarted router/console switched between ethernet/wifi ensured router settings are optimised can connect via hotspot changed DNS to google rebooted in safe mode to clear cache and rebuild database smacked the router about a bit Still no luck... for reference, Internetty (ISP), PS5, and based in England. ISP are being semi helpful, have spoken with PlayStation/EA and come back saying there is an issue with their (PS/EA) content provider / Cloudflare. Seen a few similar situations on the forums but no real solution - any ideas? Or at least some fancy words I can throw at the ISP to get sorted?
