online connection issues

I hope anyone can help me with this.

Whenever I try connect to ea. servers online it crashes my game it started happening last Friday I tried to log in for ultimate tots and it stopped working. I wouldn't  mind because I have a ps5 but I don't have my ultimate team squad or anything pls help ea.
