Missing “Gentlemen’s Baller” Hemlok Skin despite Completing Season 12 Defiance
Hi everyone, I wanted to bring attention to an issue I’m currently facing with Apex Legends. I’ve completed the max-tier badge for Season 12: Defiance, but despite that, I haven’t received the “Gentlemen’s Baller” Hemlok skin that’s supposed to be awarded. I’ve double-checked my badge progress, and everything seems correct, but the skin is still missing from my inventory. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated! I’ve already submitted a report to Respawn, but I wanted to make sure others are aware in case this is a wider issue. Hopefully, it can get resolved soon! Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Bonjour, cela fait longtemps que je joue à apex et je n’en peut plus de voir qu’à chaque nouvelle saison il n’y est toujours pas l’arène donc j’aimerais que vous est moi ( les joueurs apex legend ) on fasse une pétition pour les obliger à le remettre car sans mentire après ce faire **bleep** dessus toute les game par des master ( alors que je suis Silver ) bah on aimerai bien faire une petite arène, et bah non vu que ça y est plus ! Daily reminder: Respawn, this season-ruining change… what are you guys even doing? The game is unplayable unless you’re using akimbo P20s. Remember the akimbo 1886s from the old CoD: MW days and how horribly unbalanced they were on release? The akimbo P20s are on that exact same level of ridiculous. Apex Legends: uncreative, unbalanced, uninstalled. It’s an absolute shame the direction you’ve taken this game. At this point, it’s too little, too late. Other battle royales have lapped you and left you in the dust.
EA Help is useless
My Apex account was hacked not too long ago. I got my account back, and the guy helping me said they banned my account to get rid of the hacker or whatever. They said if I request to appeal the ban, I would get unbanned. I request the appeal, denied. I as for help, they told me the same thing. I asked to appeal, but was denied. I've done it four times, and all times, they said I did something against the rules, and they won't appeal it; they send the same premade message every time. I do not know what I need to do to get my account back, and the EA staff are useless. I asked for them to describe what I did wrong but the last 2 times its been the same message. If anyone knows what to do please help.

My account is 1200 hours played (steam include) Completed many events to get packs I forgot how many event I did, i played the game since season 2 Bought and finish some battlepasses Bought 100packs more or less Level 600+ Still haven't got any heirloom Can the devs check my account total packs?
