This is not worth a legendary status and price tag.
Why the actual heck is this in the game? These holos are being overpopulated in the battlepass AND even the pool of legendaries, so now my legendary pack gives me an item I never use. I won't use this one just because it's legendary, it's corny, and nobody will look at it on the battlefield anyway. By the way, legendary skins by themselves are $20, so these delusional peeps (sorry to call you/them that but come on) are telling me, that little thing other people can ONLY see in game if they dain to stop and stare at it is worth $20? Teammates Looting - Abandoning the match
I am new to the game but saw this in an old post (about 5 years ago). There was a Rant about 1) teammates selfishly grabbing loot when you drop in especially during a hot drop and 2) hot dropping and quitting the match as soon as they get killed. Funny but the game has not changed. Ex. Playing with a random who hot drops, with 3 other squads, does not ping where we are going, goes to the closest set of bins and loots everything. We get jumped and 3rd partied by the squads that landed close. I have no gun and no ammo, get killed right away. This random is screaming how we are all bad and he has no help. I said something to him about being inconsiderate and taking all the loot and as soon as he was killed he abandoned the match. Please have consideration for teammates. Share the loot. Make sure your teammate has at least one weapon. Ping where you are going. I don't usually follow all the way down and try to land close so I can get a weapon and engage if i need to. If you start in a match, have some common decency and finish the match. Don't quit and abandon the team. Funny though how I have won several, or came in 2nd or 3rd with only 2 players. Probably didn't need the ID10T anyway. LOL
No action, nobody when i drop, running simulator
You guys absolutly ruined probably the most fun thing that apex had wich is, squad dropping in a big city with a lot of teams and trying to get out of it with a lot of kills and action. Great job on forcing people to just run all game literally looks like you guys are doing it on purpose to yourselfs. We do not want to use brain dead overpowered pistols. Akimbo, burst, whatever you are trying. 0 thinking or logic involved in the devs decision. The meetings consist of ‘let’s try this for this season’ and never ‘we should do this because it makes sense’. How can you think it’s ok when you must use 1 or 2 boring, OP, weapons every season. You Devs are straight up blowing this with your stubbornness and straight up lack of creativity for a proper solution. This game isn’t fun and you keep burying it n the wrong direction. And enough with the chronus zens and strike packs already. You’ve lied to us on too many occasions about having this under control. Either the devs and EA are in on the sales of this third party hardware, or they’ve just lost control completely and given up. This dev team was handed a lay-up for a game and has turned it into one of the most disappointing and disgusting examples of how stubborn, uninspired, and boring this Dev team is. For as long as the game has been out Heirlooms have been the most coveted thing in apex but they are so hard to obtain and in the modern day 2025 apex legends there are so many different heirlooms. I myself have wraith heirloom but wish I didn't have to wait or spend more money to get a universal one to use on other legends I play as. Resplendent should make obtaining free heirlooms easier and more affordable.Season 2 player this game is trash now
Respawn I've been playing a long time idk what has happened but if you only care about streamers and content creators you lost another fan and a apex legends been playing for 24 seasons and this is the worst I'm usually diamond 1 or masters at the end of the season I'm usually up in plat 2 or even diamond right now but you team me up with people that argue moan and groan like little babys then throw the game it's impossible to even have fun Im off this you guys don't care about us loyal fans you don't care about ur meta this meta that you have ruined a great game one game I do good then u switch it to bad automatic so you guys get to controll my wins and loses and it's bull**bleep** you put a kill cap on kills on ranked were at the 4 th and 5 th zone and there's 15 squads left you have ruined the game once againWhy Apex isn't Great anymore, and what can be done.
If you offered me Apex, years 2-4, at $20 a month, I would lock in that deal faster than Octane stim stick in a cheetah. The people who made Apex then were literally amazing. Been playing Apex and only Apex for 6 years. And I have never felt as little joy with it as I do now. What has Apex lost this last 1-2 years? Balance. Important criticism: making everything overpowered does not make a competitive game balanced. And if a competitive game can't be balanced it becomes a joke. My advice, my desire, trim the fat, make Apex lean again. Get rid of all the unnecessary and bad additions to the game. Just delete half of these abilities upgrades permanently. Power ups? No. Cross class abilities? Absolutely not. Leveling tree? Arguably how things started going wrong. Seasons/events that made 20bomb, 4k, and Master badges all completely obsolete? Us fans worked so so hard to get those. Fire and blacklist whomever allowed that to happen. Players should be able to see a character, hear their weapons, and thus know EXACTLY what they are up against. And their badges should be affirmation, not a joke. Did the decision makers change pre Season 17? What even happened! People who couldn't pass Plat got Masters badges!? And what cruel person with a support fettish thought to make support class so strong that not using them ment giving up winning all together?! Why doesnt Mirage fly? he literally does everything else. And this ranked spawning in fixed zones? If I had been training 6 months for a tournament with crazy money on the line then sure. But it's not the case, and that change sucks the fun out of the 1st 10-15 minutes of gameplay, as I cannot land in my favorite zones, nor plan how I want to approach the match, nor explore. It's just a buzz kill. Then I get pounced on by a team where every other person can double dash, jump insane distances, instantly rez their teammates. It's awful, it's all awful. But more than that it is sad, because Apex was a great game that has been taken so far in the wrong direction that I don't believe it will ever recover. Like watching some famous actor implode their career. ... I suppose this is what happens when you make additions to a game every few months, that eventually you brake something that was perfect.

I have been playing this game since the beginning and understandably there was glitches then too but it was still in development. However, as time goes on it seems that Apex is not capable of fixing the glitches when it comes to the ending of a season and a new season. Always freezing or getting kicked out of a match with a penalty and then having to restart the game since they throw error codes like it's going out of style. There is also the problem of cheaters, no one is capable of spinning and killing you and then not show up on the kill cam and no one should be able to speed up their shots, or move super quick or have aimbot. There is also the issue of spawn killing. If the game has to mention a spawn camper and not do anything about it; what is the point of the announcement? If apex can't fix these issues, they should just shut down the whole game. Especially now that they are asking for more when it comes to the battle passes splitting it for 2 passes in one season. 🙄
