Battle Pass rewards missing after purchase anyone experienced this before?

I’m posting here because I’m really stuck and hoping someone can help or share a similar experience.
I purchased the Apex Legends Battle Pass, payment went through successfully, and the Battle Pass is active. However, none of the rewards I earn are being added to my account. I’ve progressed to Battle Pass Level 30, but all unlocked items and loot are missing and unusable.
I already contacted EA Support. During the process, I was redirected to two different support agents, and I’ve now been waiting 4 days without any solution. In total, this issue has been going on for 8 days since the purchase, and nothing has changed.
At this point, I’ve paid for content and invested time leveling up, but I can’t access any of the Battle Pass rewards I earned. It feels like my account is bugged or not syncing properly.
Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
If yes, how was it resolved?
Is there anything specific I should do to fix this or push support to take action?
