So you raise a case, hear nothing from EA they just close it and when you complain you just get this Your hell desk is pointless, you might as well just tell people up front you have their money and you don't care. You case management system is garbage and does not inform customers of anything. You'll not get anything from more for any of your garbage quality games again As a company you are despicable21Views0likes0CommentsHeirlooms
You can “retire” a heirloom getting rid of that heirloom from your inventory but doubling the chance to get one casually permanently you can rebuy the heirloom and retire it again doubling the chance again and possibly adding a limit to how many times you can double the chances. Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here might have advice, a workaround, or just confirmation that I’m not alone in this. I’m at my wits’ end after weeks of going back and forth between the seller, EA support, and my own inventory screen — and I’d really appreciate any help or moral support you can throw my way. The short version: I redeemed multiple Apex Legends codes (Founder’s Pack Bangalore items and the Gundam Wing Zero tracker) successfully — no errors at all — but the items simply never appeared in my inventory on the EA App (PC). This has happened three separate times in the last month, and EA Help have now told me it’s being treated as a bug with no fix timeline. I’m out of pocket, out of patience, and honestly feeling pretty let down. The full story (grab a coffee, it’s a long one): I’ve been playing Apex pretty much every day for years, across both Xbox and PC via the EA App. My accounts are linked (different emails but fully connected via EA’s cross-progression setup). I’d already bought and earned a bunch of skins normally, but when I saw the old Founder’s Pack codes and the cool Gundam tracker floating around on Kinguin, I jumped at the chance. I started with the Bangalore Founder’s Pack. I already owned the Legendary “Super Soldier” Bangalore skin and the Legendary “Trusty Sidekick” G7 Scout skin separately long ago — no issues there. The code was supposed to add the “Striker” badge, the “Mark of a Hero” gun charm, and 1000 Apex Coins. The seller confirmed it was a valid, unused code. I redeemed it on my linked Xbox account (since the code is platform-specific), the redemption page accepted it with a green tick, and… nothing. The badge, charm, and coins never showed up on PC or Xbox. A few weeks later, I tried the Gundam Wing Zero tracker. Redeemed once on 2 April 2026 — no tracker in inventory. I thought maybe I’d made a mistake or there was a weird delay, so I (stupidly) bought a second code and tried again on 26 April 2026. Same exact result: redemption successful, zero items. In total, that’s three separate codes across the month, all showing as properly redeemed, all items missing. I’ve restarted the game and fully shut down my PC more times than I can count. I’ve triple-checked that the correct accounts are linked. I’ve sent screenshots of the redemptions, my order confirmations, and my bare inventory to both the seller and EA. The back-and-forth has been exhausting. The seller points me to EA. EA support (I spoke with Lalaine, who was genuinely kind) did their best but ultimately said it’s a cross-platform bug they need to escalate to the game team. So now I’m in limbo — no items, no refund, no timeline — just a case number and a suggestion to “keep an eye on the forums and in-game inbox.” Why I’m so disappointed: I love Apex. I’ve put countless hours (and a fair bit of cash) into this game. I completely understand that bugs happen, but when a paying player follows every step correctly and ends up with nothing three times in a row, it stings. It’s not just about the missing pixels — it’s the feeling of being totally powerless while a support system that’s supposed to have your back essentially shrugs and says “we’ll look into it eventually.” The “wink wink, any free stuff?” joke I made in the chat was half desperation — I’d rather have the items I paid for than a handout. What I’m asking the community: Has anyone else had a code redeem successfully but items not appear due to Xbox/EA App cross-progression weirdness? Is there any known trigger to force the server to re-check your entitlements? (Re-linking accounts? Clearing cache? Sacrificing a P2020 to the RNG gods?) Did anyone actually receive missing Bangalore Edition Pack or Gundam tracker items after a similar bug was resolved? If you upvote and share, maybe we can get this on the radar so nobody else wastes their money. Thank you for reading my novel-length rant. I’m just tired and really want to use that badge while poking people with a Gundam tracker that’s apparently floating in the void. —Clayne (a very tired Legend)29Views0likes0CommentsA Replay System isn't just a "luxury"—it’s the Anti-Cheat tool we actually need.
First off, I want to acknowledge the work the Security Team has put in lately. Seeing nearly 30,000 bans and the drop in the "infection rate" reported in the April 24th update is a step in the right direction. However, as many players in Diamond/Masters and high-level pubs can testify, the "player experience" still feels heavily impacted by soft-cheats that go undetected by automated systems. We need a Post-Match Replay/Theater Mode, and here is why it benefits Respawn as much as it does us: Higher Quality Reports, Less Noise: Currently, players report out of suspicion because they only see a 2-second kill cam or a jittery spectate view. A replay system allows us to verify if someone is actually "beaming" through walls or using a DMA card before we hit that report button. This means fewer false positives for the security team to sift through. Crowdsourced Evidence: Communities like r/ApexSecurity or dedicated Discords already do a lot of manual work to catch cheaters. Giving us a tool to capture 360-degree evidence of a "soft-aimer" or a "6-man team" in Ranked makes the community an extension of your anti-cheat team. Lowering the "Infection Rate": Respawn’s own metrics for an "infected match" rely on reports leading to bans within 14 days. A replay system speeds up the "Time-to-Ban" because the evidence provided by the community would be undeniable, taking cheaters out of the ecosystem faster. I know the Source Engine makes this a massive technical hurdle, but as we move further into 2026, the gap between Apex and its competitors (who have had this for years) is becoming a major pain point. If we want to keep the integrity of the "lowest infection rate in history," we need the tools to help you maintain it. Would love to hear a Dev’s perspective on if a "Theater Mode" is even on the long-term roadmap at this point. I am tired of hating a game that I love. #ApexLegends #AntiCheat #Respawn #MatchReplay68Views1like0CommentsMissing Apex Coins after redeeming Xbox code
**“Hello, I am playing Apex Legends on PC, but I redeemed an Apex Coins code on Xbox. At the time I redeemed the code, my Xbox account was not linked to my EA account yet. Now I have already linked my accounts, but I still cannot see the Apex Coins in my account. I have already tried logging into the game again and waiting, but the coins still do not appear. I can confirm that the code was successfully redeemed on my end. Here are my details: Order number: 5324342578 Date: April 11, 2026 In-game name: zooaunzoo1 Could you please help me check if the coins are tied to my Xbox account and transfer or restore them to my EA account? Thank you.”**302Views0likes17Comments
