We finally hit Diamond again, so it's time to play pubs. We drop at Dropzone, win the match, finish 1st place with only 800 damage, and then spend 15 minutes wandering around the map doing nothing. Why can we not see Watson Fences in Phase. I dont think we see Caustic Traps either ? Also i hope you have tbought about giving wraith 2 phase option. Shorter then the longer one. Just put the enimies near upgrade into her kit. Then put the faster fast into her kit. And add the option for 2 portals just shorter then the longer one. I have plenty of ideas contact me EA. Im broke and Jobless. Also. Can we just throw in weapon arsenals at every poi. Make the game more fair less time trying to get a weapon you want if you cant find it. The current Loba Spotlight Pass challenge “Craft 2 Expired Ally Banner Cards as Loba” feels extremely frustrating and unrealistic in the current state of the game. With the current revive/banner system, especially because of box revives, there are far fewer situations where an ally banner actually expires and needs to be crafted. On top of that, in public matches there is no real penalty for leaving, so many players simply quit immediately after dying. This makes the challenge depend less on skill or playing Loba properly and more on very specific and rare circumstances. It would be much better if the challenge was changed to something like: Revive teammates using a banner/box as Loba Craft ally banners as Loba, without requiring them to be expired Respawn teammates as Loba Or count both crafted banners and box/banner revives The idea of giving Loba a support-related challenge makes sense, but the current version is too dependent on teammates not leaving and on outdated/rare banner situations. Please consider adjusting it so it fits the current gameplay better.

So you raise a case, hear nothing from EA they just close it and when you complain you just get this Your hell desk is pointless, you might as well just tell people up front you have their money and you don't care. You case management system is garbage and does not inform customers of anything. You'll not get anything from more for any of your garbage quality games again As a company you are despicableHeirlooms
You can “retire” a heirloom getting rid of that heirloom from your inventory but doubling the chance to get one casually permanently you can rebuy the heirloom and retire it again doubling the chance again and possibly adding a limit to how many times you can double the chances. Please do it
