Ultimate+ Battle Pass for the second half of Season 24

I purchased the Ultimate+ Battle Pass for the second half of Season 24. The Ultimate+ Battle Pass is supposed to grant various rewards such as 10 Battle Pass levels and 1200 Crafting Metals! However, I haven't received my rewards at all. Moreover, my in-game level shows no progress and is stuck at 1! Please handle this for me!
