Hi everyone, I wanted to bring attention to an issue I’m currently facing with Apex Legends. I’ve completed the max-tier badge for Season 12: Defiance, but despite that, I haven’t received the “Gentlemen’s Baller” Hemlok skin that’s supposed to be awarded. I’ve double-checked my badge progress, and everything seems correct, but the skin is still missing from my inventory. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated! I’ve already submitted a report to Respawn, but I wanted to make sure others are aware in case this is a wider issue. I was banned due to the account getting hacked, tried contacting support multiple times during that time, yet all i got was the same automated message to contact live support ( banned accounts cant contact it), after like 7 disputes i got a link to contact live supp directly, anyways i got it unbanned after a long time of miscommunication with the support. Only to find out that all my progress was reset ( my level, my skins, and all my badges, and ranks). Tried contacting live support for the missing items, all i got was that there is probably an issue with steam ( its stupid because ive tried the same account on "EA app" and steam, both were empty.) Thus i had been told to write here in the forums and hope for some team that specializes in these issues to help me.Legend specific gun buffs
I'd love to see something like that. Wich gives specifik legends an advantage when using "their" gun. Like loba with p2020 or fuse with the 3030 or bangalore with the g7 scout. I imagined something like a boost in reload time, a faster gun switch or increased aim stability etc... Nothing overpowered but a small advantageI still have not received my 6th Anniversary Prizes after finishing the tracker.
It has been over a month of going back and forth with EAhelp with no avail. I have been done with the 6th anniversary prize tracker since February 18th and waited until after the event to see if I would receive the last two prizes (which, I will stress, is the reason WHY I did the prize tracker in the first place). EAhelp's "Resume Case" button has sent me in loops; without a way to upload more proof and without a way to reply to messages sent to me by customer experience representatives. I have opened 3 cases because I just want what I was promised from finishing the tracker. I know others are still waiting as well, and with all the stuff that Apex Legends is announcing on X and other social media to push their new launches, is really disappointing. Anyway, one of the replies to my cases was that the "Studio is aware and is working on it." So, can we get an update on that? I was already starting to get disappointed when EA acquired Apex Legends and making it a money-hungry game. I just want the free stuff that I felt like I wasted my time on. TLDR; I did not receive the 6th anniversary prizes at the end of the tracker, but received everything else. I have been back in forth with EAhelp for over a month now, with no update from the "Studio" with a timeframe, or when I will get help. I just want my prizes. That's all I'm asking for.
