FC 27 PC Hacker Issue

I hate to be negative towards a game Ive enjoyed since 2011 but this is truly unacceptable and shocking coming from such a huge and reputable company like EA. Im on PC and 2 days in have run into so many hackers in draft and 2 in rivals. I either get kicked at halftime, my whole team being controlled and renamed, or kicked right from kickoff. I spent over 80k in coins from draft and I dont know how many fc points. My main issue is the response or lack there of from EA. I dont get any help from live support chat, I dont get any reassurance this issue will be fixed, and I probably wont be recompensated for my points and coins spent. What incentive do I have to keep playing or buy future names? I may be one voice in a sea of millions but I spent hard earned money and deserve to be heard and helped. I need something from this. My coins and points back or this issue to be resolved ASAP.  I cant even report the players doing this, all it lets me do is report for an offensive name. Why are these people allowed to 1. Do this, and 2. Get away with it unpunished whereas players who dont hack get punished by losing coins, points, because of these people.

    Same. I contacted ea live chat about this and they said they can't return any points or coins, but they gave me a draft token which I tried to use but got matched with a hacker again immediately 😂 these hackers need to find a tall building and you know...it's insane. EA also told me that they're actively working on a fix, but we all know they're not doing anything.

    I was hacked too and the support said they can't help with that they can't connect me to real agent only the ai bot

    t’s a disgrace; they’ve been warned repeatedly over the past few days about a hacker running wild in FUT Draft—someone who freezes all your players so they go AFK, leaving you able to control only one player. On top of that, he scores and then disconnects you. Days have passed, multiple reports have been filed, it’s the SAME HACKER, and yet I ran into him yesterday. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves; do they not even reply on the forum or what? @EA :@@

    Been a problem for about 3-4 years on PC drafts are  infested with hackers and so is FUT champs even if you report someone nothing happens absolute shambles of a company

    hi i bought an online draft today but matched with a hacker so all my money that i saved are gone for reasons out of my control

    i played 5 matches in fut champions 4 of them i got hacked this is **bleep** why i pay for the game to play with hackers ill cancel my membership with this company no more ea play pro this is **bleep**

    yep was 12-0 then got a hacker! Every year i go for 15 and I match a hacker. how fair and skillful. Not that the game has any skill just ping pong football and nearpost shots.

    Just got matched up with a hacker in FUT champs, the game is the same every year and they don't do anything about it. What's the point of buying the game every year when it gets ruined by hackers. Their anti cheat is rubbish and nothing is being done to improve or fix it. Furthermore the victims that get hacked on do not receive any sort of compensation so does this company really care about it's customers or not? I have been matched up against multiple hackers in drafts also, this makes every gamemode unplayable and there's no point of playing this game anymore.

    I cannot control any of my players and I'm versing the AI so they don't even need to play, it does all the work for them. Get it together EA.

    At this point the game is unplayable crossplay has clearly killed this game.
