Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer button does nothing
I can't play multiplayer. When I press "multiplayer" button it plays sound of pushing the button, but nothing happened. Then after about a minute I have a connection error: Connection is lost my account goes offline. Then I press "multiplayer" button again and connection turns on and is ok, my account is online, and that's all, then the loop starts again. I herd from forums that re-enable entitlements for my ME Andromeda could help. But support gay says that he did that, and the problem still here. Needles to say that my ME 3 works well, no issues, just it's should. Some more information, maybe, just maybe, it depends: this account has no progress at all, never launched a single player and never make to the Apex terminal. What can I do?
ME Andromeda startet nicht
ME Andromeda startet auf meinem Windows 11 Rechner nicht. Im Gegensatz dazu lässt sich ME Andromeda auf meinem alten Windows 10 Rechner problemlos spielen. Ich habe bereits fast alle Lösungsvorschläge, die ich für dieses Problem gefunden habe, ausprobiert. Jedoch ohne Erfolg. Sobald ich das Spiel in der EA-App starte, sehe ich kurz den Bildschirmhintergrund und danach wieder die EA-App. Weiß jemand Rat?
Semanas ignorado por EA
Llevo semanas intentando contactar a soporte por diversas vias y he sido ignorado una y otra vez. No puedo acceder al contenido online de ME Andromeda, he escrito por todos los canales, incluido este y no me han respondido. ¿Que hay que hacer para que me ayuden a reparar su juego?No puedo conectarme online a ME ANDROMEDA
Es el segundo post que hago, porque EA me ha ignorado en todos los intentos de contacto para solucionar este problema. Dejo adjunta la imagen del error que aparece, he intentado todas las sugerencias que tienen en el sitio y nada ha funcionado. Puedo jugar otras cosas de EA sin problema, pero ME Andromeda está bloqueado por algún motivo.
