Mass Effect: Andromeda - "You are not allowed to access online features"
Whenever I try to connect online in Mass Effect: Andromeda I see the message "You are not allowed to access online features". I'm able to play other games fine online. I've tried clearing my ea app cache, unlinking and re-linking steam, and changing my dns settings. From what I read on the EA forums this is an issue that only EA support can fix, potentially by removing and re-adding the game to my account. ME Andromeda "not-able-to-connect-to-online-play"
Hi all, I already checked the help posts but nothing worked so far. The game has been bought at release via EA Origin. In between I was using EA Play and after cancelling of EA Play the online mode (EA App not Origin anymore) thorws the error "not-able-to-connect-to-online-play". What can I do? I used a second PC with clean EA Play and I also did a init in the APP (Cash) but still not able to use the online mode. Thanks for your help! Недавно купил, начал проходить с первой части, и игра зависает на одном и том же моменте в начале игры, в первой миссии, когда мы спасаем девушку, и идем дальше. Дальше будет подьем в горку, и там зависает на одном и том же месте каждый раз. Как будто должна начаться катсцена, но не может прогрузится. Подождал час, ничего. game has worked for me for the last 4 years. until this year. now I get that above error msg and windows reliability history showed Problem Event Name: BEX64 Exception Code: c0000005 and I tried many things I found online. this one finally got the game running without the above error msg: Press Start and type Windows Security, then open it. Select App & browser control. Scroll down and click Exploit protection settings. You’ll see two sections: System settings (global defaults) Program settings (per-app overrides) select program settings. add a program (I picked the complete path name to the executable) then I turned OFF Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) click on apply game has been running 45 minutes instead of the immediate c0000005 error for the last month. even exited twice and game still restarted. game worked with the default setting ON until this year. has to be something windows 11 changed as the game (mass effect andromeda) has not been updated since before 2020. so try turning that one off. if your game still does not work and still shows c00000005, try turning off for this game only one of the other default system settings that are ON.Mass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.
Lancement impossible Mass effect Andromeda
Bonjour, J'ai acheté Mass Effect Andromeda sur steam en décembre dernier. J'ai décidé d'y jouer aujourd'hui mais après installation, lorsque j'essaie de lancer le jeu, que ce soit à partir de steam ou de l'application EA, le jeu ne se lance pas. Un message "préparation du jeu" s'affiche puis disparait et le jeu ne se lance pas. Egalement, j'ai reçu l'erreur suivante : Quelqu'un aurait déjà rencontré ce problème et serait en mesure de m'aider ? Je vous remercie par avance.
