Ladder placement no longer works on trucks (bug or intentional?)
Hi, since the latest update, ladders can no longer be placed on trucks the same way as before. This removes a creative and logical gameplay option, since ladders are meant to allow access to elevated positions. This specific spot didn’t feel like an exploit, but rather a smart use of game mechanics, especially as it allowed players to surprise campers. Was this change intentional? Hello! I’ve tried all solutions from ea help and I’ve scoured this forums, nothing seems to fix this there isn’t a specific thing that makes the game freeze, it could be in the loading screen or 3 minutes into a game looking at the floor but then I could load it up again and drive a tank through a building or something massive and it won’t freeze xbox clean, latest updates, 900mb internet wired connection ea don’t have a fix for this apparently but it’s a global issue bought the game through CD KEYS but because the game key was activated and enabled me to download the game I can’t get a refund from themTier Skip/ Battlefield 6 Coins
Had this issue yesterday on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Got the tier skip nothing happened and click on it again and still nothing. It took 1600 battlefield coins from me and no tier skips happened. The tier skip is on discount for 800. So it charge me twice. Went to EA help. Got a case number and told me to get in touch in 24 hours if it doesn't register. Today, Thursday, April 9, 2026. Reach out again gave my case number and still nothing registered on my account, received a new case number for today interaction and I ask is there a number for customer support. The representative that was helping me (Piyush) gave me this forums website. I asked, am I going to be reimbursed for my battlefield coins and he said "We cannot help with the call support further, you can visit our website. Have a nice day" and disconnected. Beyond pissed with this issue. I will keep complaining until they reimburse my stuff back. If anyone has a customer support for EA send it because this is ridiculous. I have photo shots with the representatives I spoke to too and my battle pass is not completed so it should of worked.
Missing text in lobby
I have a strange bug where all the text on the lobby screen just disappears, I can't select a game mode I tried repairing the game files via steam and also deleting and reinstalling Has anyone heard of this bug or know how to fix it? I can't play the game, I just keep guessing what to click, it's pretty annoying.
Bought the Jungle BP for 1400 Coins...I got nothing. Case#242677037
I bought this BP for the first skin, the sniper with the boony cap on. Super cool. The coins are gone from my account, I am down to 100. I had 1500 so I DID buy the pack. I didnt get anything. Restarted the app, the game twice. Nothing in my Battle pass other than completed tiers. I got nothing. Got support and case #242677037. I uninstalled and re-installed the game today and it is STILL an issue.
Loadout Menu
Multiple issues when using Loadout Menu. Attached are screenshots showing the following: M1014 Steel Punch preview photo displaying the wrong gun. Shows M60 Rain of Ruin Preview. Kord 6P67 Displaying new attachment dot/new weapon configuration despite already viewing them. Same issue as item 2. on the TR-7, VCR-2, PW5A3, SOR-300SC, M277, M4A1, kv9, CZ3A1, M60, M123K, M121 A2, SVDM, SV-98, MINI SCOUT, M87A1, M1014, DB-12, M44, GGH-22, and VZ.61. Note: Other weapons that have had this issue sometimes goes away as I use it and unlock other attachments.
