Bushido Dog Tag Code "Expired". EA will not Honor the code card.
I am quite disappointed with EA over this. There is a good forum post describing the situation well, I'll leave a link to that. Someone else with a more detailed experience. After hours of contacting EA, speaking with multiple advisors, at the end of everything. They will not honor the code cards given out at the Tokyo Game Show. They didn't even want to acknowledge their existence. Told me to take it up with the retailer not knowing its from a game show. The printed date on the card says it expires on October 10th, 2027. When you try to redeem the code, it says it's expired. At some point EA changed the date of the expiration and didn't tell anyone about it. If I knew this ahead of time, I wouldn't have waited for my friend to get back from her trip to Japan, I would have just had her send me a picture.
Missing 85 BP points for BF PRO Battlepass
Earlier this week, when the new Battlepass came for BF6 I saw that it didn't have any reward yet. Then a few days later when I already completed it somehow, it suddenly had 85 battlepass points for the BF PRO battlepass. I did not receive those points because I already completed it and therefore am not able to complete the BF PRO battlepass. I've already contacted support and they told me indeed those points have not been granted. But I had to make a discussion here. Who can help me granting these points or just granting me the rewards in the battlepass? I already have 3/10 rewards. So the points I didn't get would give me more than I need. I also have video proof of me having it completed and showing my progress on the BP.
Battlefield 6 Tokyo Game Show (Bushido Dog Tag) Code "Expired".
Last year, a friend of mine who attended the Tokyo Game Show 2025 Expo stopped by the DICE/EA Station where they got freebies including a physical Bushido Dog Tag (Katana with Japanese Kanji "Certain Victory") along with a Redemption Code for the Same Dog Tag in-game. This Dog Tag as many of you may know is an exclusive freebie from the Tokyo Game Show 2025, and its redemption as per the cards is valid until October 10th 2027. My Friend came back from Tokyo last week and we attempted to Redeem these codes on both the Official EA Battlefield 6 Redemption Site and the EA.com/redeem section. Upon entering the code on either of those sites, we are shown "Battlefield 6 Reward 6" indicating the codes are valid, however when clicking "redeem" the website then tells you the code is "expired". Not Used, Just Flat Out expired 18 months early. Important to note this issue occured for both me and my friend. We attempted all the previously suggested fixes on this Forum to no avail. Naturally I then approach EA Support, an endeavour that took 7 days entailing 20 back and forth exchanges which eventually led to a 5.5 hour live chat which amounted to: 1.) "EA and DICE does not provide or sell any codes" implying that Im lying about how I got the code despite me literally sharing my Friend's Entry Ticket to the Game Show and several photographs/selfies taken at the EA Stall 2.) "Go back to your retailer" despite 39 different mentions by me that there is NO retailer, it was a freebie. 3.) "Unable to Verify your Code as we never produced it" despite it being practically an impossiblility for this code to exist without EA's knowledge. 4.) "We have no record of the existence of a Tokyo Game Show, please contact the organisers for a fix". With that being said, I'm out of options and need some sort of way for EA to honor their "contract" which states the Code is Valid till 2027. EA support has been a deadend with 5.5 hours spent with 4 different reps to no avail. Its disheartening that people who are buying the codes off ebay for 25-40$ from a random reseller are getting superior customer service to people who got their codes legitimately at the event. Upgrade Radar System option for Mobile Anti-Air is grayed out--no info
All other options in the loadout menu for the Mobile Anti-Air either are full color or have a lock on them. All of them give a description above left with what level needs to achieve, in addition to other information about the option. The box with "Upgrade Radar System" does none of that. I'm using PC and there are no other issues like that in any of the other options for vehicles.Missing Rewards from Road to BF6 Battlepass in BF2042 and Open Beta Challenges
I was told to report this bug by EA support, in hope of strenghtening their data. Despite completing almost every challenge in the Open Beta weekends (minus the "Reach Level 20" and "Capture 10 sectors in Breakthrough or Rush gamemode") and reaching max tier in the Road to BF6 battlepass in BF2042, none of the rewards are showing up as unlocked in the in-game customization menu. I even got messages in the in-game inbox thanking me for playing the beta and for unlocking customization rewards by completing said challenges and the battlepass. My account has not been breached and i have not changed the email linked to it. Vehicle - (co)driver name tags
It would be very important to see the name of other players in the vehicle. First, you can only talk to your gunner/driver when being able to call his name, second it can be important to see who sits on which position like in previous bf games. Hiding the names disturbs player-to-player interaction and doesn‘t feel like a teamplay
