BF6 Social Menu Not Working (Xbox)
The Social Menu on BF6 isn't working. It doesn't show any of my friends, messages, or any social interaction with other players. It's just completely blank. After about 3-4 hours of playing, the Menu will randomly start working and then deactivate again for some reason. I have followed all of the chatbot's troubleshooting steps, and it does nothing. This is a problem/Bug with the game and its EA Connect function.
MISSING OPEN BETA REWARDS
So, as the title said, I'm still missing the rewards from the open beta, as a lot of people does sadly... I played a lot of time during the beta to get all the rewards, which is fine since the game is great but after finally buying the game and getting the mail that my rewards were sent, I got nothing, even waiting 24h and everything they say to try. I tried to get in contact with the support team (gullible me) but they couldn't solve my problem, they can't see history past 30 days... (They tried tho, be kind and don't execute them pls). They told me to write an entry here so that's what I'm doing I guess. I can't add an screenshot to prove that I got all the rewards since I didn't thought it would be necessary, neither is any way to track your assignments I think. Kinda sorry for the venting and I really want to collaborate and try to find a solution to this issue in case someone who cares and can help read this but it seems like we're all here crying at the corpovoid, just know that you're not alone if that eases the itching. I have played over 50h on Cairo Bazaar on Conquest either capturing or defending C flag. I almost always use GPDIS. After the recent update it doesnt work like intended anymore. I cant even resupply in time before the one I placed gets destroyed (even if Im standing on my resupply crate the entire time). Sometimes it takes 2 projectiles and its gone, at most its 3. Sometimes it just explodes even if no projectile is seen at all?! Also I use the Combat Medic Path which should give me an additional 2 intercepts. Hi, I encountered a bug with the Battlefield 6 Battle Pass. I bought the Battle Pass via Steam today when I was already at Ultimate Path level 19/22. My wallet had 1600 coins, bought the pass for 1100, and now it stands at 1000 coins instead of 1600. The game did not retroactively give me the 400 coins from the previously completed tracks (Recruit and the main 4 paths). I can see the remaining 200 coins are on the Prestige path, so 400 coins are missing. Chat support closed my tickets without helping. Could a Community Manager please check my account history and grant the missing 400 Battlefield Coins? Thank you!
Missing 100 BFC that I earned from a previous battle pass.
I don't really understand how but the coins never appeared in my account even though despite me completing the whole battle pass. In countless e-mails EA support has asked me numerous, albeit, irrelevant questions. After which the conversation ceased and I received an invalid link to an EA chat. After that I had to open a new case, since I could not post in the previous in any way, a seemingly live chat took place with an EA agent. The agent told me to post a topic in the EA forum. I have tried every single solution the EA support suggested (in multiple occasions).
Blank Play Screen
The Play screen comes up with just the background showing, and not displaying the game modes to select to play a match. When the game is first booted this is not a problem, the Play screen displays and works normally. The only way to correct the blank Play screen is to quit the game and reboot the game. This occurs after completing a match, if I go to a different screen and then to the Play screen. It happens very consistently if I enter the Profile screen to look at items in there. When I exit and go to the Play screen, it is blank except for the background. And so I have to quit and reboot. I am playing os a PC with an RTX 4090 graphics card and launching through the EA app..BF6 Phantom Protocol Rewards
I've finished the Phantom Protocol Challange, but my "Challanges" won't give me the Rewards. My Teammates haven't finished the "Open Dark Ops Crates" aswell, but they've received all the other Rewards.
