Stuck on Splash Screen
So as the title suggests. I am stuck on the splash screen. The game won't accept any inputs. I have used both a Xbox and Dual shock controllers, through wired and Bluetooth connections. Nothing works. Leaving me with nothing more then a screensaver.

I've tried both of the methods in the https://help.ea.com/de/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ and the anti-cheat installation is fine It's just that it won't start the game I've tried safe boot

F1 24 Champions Edition Missing Content
Hi would like to file a complaint for missing content from my other xbox account when I purchased the F1 24 Champions Edition when it was on sale and when I started the game up on my other Xbox account the 18,000 pit coins and the f1 world bumper pack which i haven't received but i only received two icon drivers please can you fix it ASAP please.
