Missing content promised in NHL 25
There was a draft event in NHL 25 where you could unlock rewards for NHL 26 as long as you bought the game within 30 days of release…so I did, but never received the rewards. I brought this up to eas “customer service” 2 months ago, they told me the game tech team will work on it. After another repetitive 30 minute chat with “customer service” today their response was “our team is still working on a resolution” so essentially “keep waiting”. I only bought the game when I did to get this reward, so EA got my money and I didn’t get what I paid for but all I get from them is “post it to a blog”. As these pictures show, some teams do not have a well-matching color theme for the goalie equipment. It’s pretty annoying in BAP because we can’t edit them ourselves. I don’t remember Vegas ever having the correct autogenerated colors since they were added to the game, and it seems like Seattle has the same problem. I’m not sure why the Mammoth, as a new team, have good colors while Seattle and Vegas do not. I also don’t understand why Dustin Wolf has a black and red set either.EASHL logo isn't showing up in club customization
My team has grinded to unlock the tiki mask logo (shows up as logo #108 in our club bag), but it's not there at all. It's been hours since we've played, and it's not in our newly acquired section or general custom logos, and a different dragon logo we have is labelled as #108 instead. There is no menu option to access salary perks in be a pro. That menu randomly popped up once but not able to access it again as it’s not under any other tab in the be a pro home screen. Also, there seem to be another bug where we can no longer access the calendar in be a pro to see when are the upcoming games especially with the new energy feature that needs to be managed but only gets replenished once every week l5.1KViews7likes21Comments[VIDEO EVIDENCE] Spotlight Set Bug: Assets Failed to Load Before Expiration
I am reporting a critical "Server/Client Sync" bug that caused me to lose a Master Set Player I had earned. The Issue: In the final minutes of the Spotlight event, I had earned all required collectibles. However, the Set menu refused to recognize them. The "Cards Available" count would not update, and the "Auto-Fill" feature failed to find the assets that were clearly in my collection. I'm not trying to lose these last 3 collectibles because of the broken sets or animations. There needs to be a serious uptick in the quality of work performed at EA sports NHL. Hi there, I reached out to the EA help line a few times about not being able to collect the previous weeks champs rewards. I never got the prompt to claim and the advisors there kept telling me to wait, but I know they expire after 7 days or so. Is there anyway a manager in here is able to look into the weekend before the last one and see if there is a way to get the collectibles? I would appreciate any help. Thanks,
