Missing Jamie Benn Card After Make Finish Line Set
Hello, I've completed a Jamie Benn HUT finish line set, and my card is missing after restarting the game and my PS5 multiple times. I successfully saw the card in my inbox and sent it to my collection; however, it's not showing up there. How can we make this right, because that would be pretty unfair if I just went through all that work to make the set only to have it lost because of a bug. I'm more than happy to provide whatever documentation is needed, but I should be able to see in my set completion history that I did it properly. I would really like EA to make it right this time. I had a bug with receiving the LaFontaine card; I scored with him at a different moment, but I did not complete that moment successfully, which caused me to miss one Easter egg collectible, so I could only obtain 7/8. I let that go; however, I did post in the forum, and there was no solution provided, so this time I'm requesting one. Thanks!Missing Season 2 XP tokens after downgrade loop bug
I ran into a bug that ate my S2 XP tokens and I'd like them restored. Here's what happened: I downgraded an S2 XP player, claimed the returned tokens to my Item Inbox, and collected them all via L3 → Add to Collection. When I went to upgrade another S2 XP player, I only had 1 token despite receiving ~15. Checking back on the player I'd downgraded — he still showed the higher tier levels. Trying to downgrade him again kicked me out of HUT with a "failed to load data" error. Restarting the game didn't fix anything. To make things weirder: the player is now showing as downgraded — but the tokens are nowhere to be found. They're not in my inventory, not in my Item Inbox, just gone. So the downgrade went through on his end, but the tokens never made it back to me. I'd appreciate getting those ~15 S2 tokens back. I know S2 XP players are old school, more or less, but Juraj is genuinely useful for the +40 salary buff line and I want to push him to OVR 89 instead of 84 — which is exactly what those tokens were for before the game ate them. Something is seriously wrong with upgrading finish line player
An update on my finish line debacle I traded 3 91 overall players in finish line for a 93 overall but I did receive!!! However, the 93 disappeared out of my lineup without warning, my 91 Tampa player is still gone, but they returned two of my defenseman. I used in the exchange, but now they’re bonded. Not only that I lose my Tampa player, I received back my players, but I can no longer trade them or use them, and I lost my $10,000 this morning that I used to buy team players to build up to my team!!! What an absolute disgrace this is!!! Can someone tell me what’s going on? I have shut off my PlayStation. I have done all this, but clearly something is up because why do they return my players back bonding now, while keeping one of my players!!! I completed the NHL 26 (XBOX Series X) easter egg challenges/ sets and received the 93 Michal Pivonka & Pat Flatley cards. I was going to use these cards to complete TOTS sets but they have vanished from my account. I have raised this with EA chat about 5 times and they all confirm that the cards are in my account but I can't see them or use them. I have followed all of there advice from rebooting and unplugging etc. but still no joy. TOTS is running out so I need these cards. Please can someone help?😧

I have been enjoying NHL 26 a lot this season! Thank you to all the Devs for their hard work! As lifelong fan of the Montreal Canadiens, I have been extremely blessed with phenomenal Goaltenders and this season, Jakub Dobeš has been able to win more games in his first full year in the league than Patrick Roy and Carey Price! That said, since the Playoffs are right around the corner, would it be possible to fix the spelling and also the pronunciation of his last name? Currently Dobes sounds like Cloves in the game. Everytime I try to upgrade a player from current season game boots me back to main menu. I refunded Backstrom to build up Giroux and I keep getting this error number. 1C52212D1D407BA0-0000000000009999-3A506F32F32F2104722 If anyone can help that would be great. Im using the right tokens and everything, have done this process last season as well with no error.Custom teams disappeared
My son and I built atleast 20 custom teams in Xbox NHL 26 (to mimic NCAA) teams, and sadly they have disappeared. We’ve checked the active rosters menu, tried reselecting online rosters and the custom rosters as active, but the teams don’t show up. This is quite disappointing and was many hours of work. Any ideas?
