Apex coins missing
I bought Apex coins last season for battle pass and purchased both passes for the last season as well as this one. Yesterday while playing I realised I was missing close to 1200-1300 apex coins from my account which were there when i last played in the morning. Contacted support today and they said it might be a bug and suggested I submit my concerns in the forum as well. Anyone else with this similar issue?I also wish to know how long does things like these resolve?Crashing and disconnects - Under investigation
When I opened the game for the first time today, this message appeared: "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331[UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool: Not connected to a server". I have tried to verify the file in Steam - Steam support: Verifying the integrity of the game file. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. Moreover, I tried re-downloading but it didn't help either. Additionally, my Windows and graphics driver programs have been updated to the latest version, but I also tried switching to other servers, or changing the game language to English before logging in, but still no response. the Galactic Games Event is over now and the Grand Slam heirloom is vaulted in the mythic shop but it's not available since it seems the event was just reset. It is still an event item and not attainable with heirloom shards. Is this intentional or did they just make a mistake?

Title: Crimson Hero Pack – Heirloom not received after unlocking all items
I purchased the Crimson Hero Pack and unlocked all the items included. According to the event rules, after completing the pack I should receive the Heirloom. However, the Heirloom was not granted. It seems like a bug with the reward distribution system. Could Devs please check this?Vantage Locked After Unlocking with Legend Tokens – Ongoing Issue Since July
Hello EA Team, I am reporting a persistent bug that has affected my Apex Legends account for nearly two months. In June of 2025, I unlocked Vantage using 12,000 Legend Tokens I was able to play her for approximately 2–3 weeks On/about July 12th, Vantage suddenly became locked again, as if I had never purchased her I submitted a ticket on July 12th (Case #216309451), and again on August 5th and September 2nd. Each time, the response has been that there is "no issue with the account" and that the matter will be "reported as a server bug." However, as of today (September 2nd), the issue has not been resolved, and I still cannot access the Legend I rightfully unlocked. This is frustrating because: Unlocking Legends takes significant time and effort, and I spent 12,000 Tokens to access Vantage I have been unable to use her for almost two months, despite repeated follow-ups The automated replies I’ve received do not provide a clear resolution or timeframe I am attaching screenshots of (1) Vantage being locked in my account to confirm the issue and (2) chat logs to show that I'm just getting boiler-plate language responses as 'resolutions'. Please escalate this matter to the appropriate development or account support team for resolution. I would also appreciate acknowledgment that this is a known bug and guidance on when I can expect Vantage to be unlocked again. Thank you for your time and assistance.
