Playing again after a few years; All cosmetics and progression is missing.
Hi so recently redownloaded the game after a ban was appealed (after 4 years of trying) and to find my account is at lvl 1, with none of my cosmetics I had previously purchased or even my stat trackers. (Those were most important as they had silly season 1 items you can't get anymore.) Is there any way to get all my items back or am I just boned cause the account got hacked and banned years back. I don't think I've ever unlinked/linked this account to anything but my steam account. Thank you for your time.Disappearance of Apex Packs
I spent $300 to complete 7th anniversary. I had some coins left. I've decided to purchased 30 packs using apex coins. However, when I tried to open it. It disappeared by saying there was a "server error." I restarted my games, pc, etc. but nothing was helpful. I saw some threads regarding disappearance of apex pack issues. They all tried to upgraded it to wishlist packs by using the apex shards as I did. I saw a lot of them are knocked off from customer support by saying it was opened and the items were granted to you but without notification. However, if that's the case, it does not make any sense that spark bonus status(open 10 packs, get 1 packs) did not change before I opened and after I opened. It was 6/10 before and after which means the packs were not opened. Just gone. I also don't see any difference in craft metal or all skins I had, so I contacted customer support. Total of 5 agents connected. Agent 1, told me to reboot even though I mentioned that I did + reinstall. Nothing fixed. Wasted 40 min. Agent 2 transferred me to different agent. Agent 3, told me wait 24 hrs to get the account updated because it takes 24 hrs to acquires items in Apex. I told him I swear it will not fix anything because we all know we'll get the items right after we open apex packs! I asked him what happen if nothing fix, and he said customer support can escalate to team and supervisor. I agreed to wait 24 hrs Yup. I wasted 24 hrs. Agent 4. I explained everything again, and asked for escalation to inspect account log as agent 3 mentioned EA can do that, or refund of 30 pack or 3000 coins. He said no. Disconnected. Agent 5. He reviewed everything. He wad polite. He escalated it for further review. He also recommended me to post thread on forum so more players who had same issue might can gather and help each others. He was only the one who actually cared about players. I'm not sure if I can share the name, but he is a great agent. EA team, if you are watching this thread, fix this issue and give my 30 packs back please. Also, let me give 5 stars to the agent 5 as I could not open the survey link🙏
Purchase issue - packs disappeared.
Purchased $100 worth of apex coins and bought 100 apex packs just to click “open 50 packs” and the packs did not open as well as my 10,000 coins disappeared. I had bought the EA Play subscription a few years ago and received some gold weapon charms (gold arc star, gold loot tick). After the subscription ended I still had these charms in my inventory and on my guns. Just recently I noticed the charms disappeared. They were removed off my guns and no where to be found in my inventory. I really liked these charms and I’m confused to why they are gone. Please help!Punk Rocket
The punk rocket skin for valk is one of my #1 faves. I have to ask though... the split colored pants..... are the knees the correct color? Because one leg looks like it is supposed to be red... but is yellow. Props to said creator for skin but it does throw me off and wasnt sure if it was intentional? Thank you for reading! Hello everyone, I just reported, which seems like an ongoing issue with opening the 50 pack bundle on Apex. After sometime explaining to the agent my issue “I bought the 50 pack bundle on Apex using apex coins I bought and when I went to open the all 50 packs. I was given an error message stating there was a server issue. I tried repeating opening the packs but I was given the same error over and over again, so I restarted the game and when I opened the game I was missing all the 50 packs, missing the apex coins I bought the packs with and missing the legend tokens I used to “upgrade” the packs.” I also explained to the agent that the spark bonus for opening packs didn’t increase or in this case didn’t fill up which indicates no pack were actually open. Ultimately, my agent sent this message “To check on this further we will report this problem to our team here, after collecting similar case examples from other players, this will be escalated to the Studio team for investigation.” I urge you to continue to report this issue and if you know anyone else that has a similar issue to report the problem to support as well, so we can resolve this issue and get back the stuff we paid/earned.A bug with a challenge (marking 5 different enemies)
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all. The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to: Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos) Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping Finish the match without leaving early Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy. I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists. Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem? This was all recorded today as I got home from school. I opened up an apex pack i guess I missed before getting off yesterday, to my surprise I got an heirloom until i didnt!! The game crashed assoon as the first red showed which can be seen in the video. I'm actually distraught I apologise if the recording freezes or is bad quality, but it is seeable.
