Account data loss
As mentioned above, all the skins are gone. The level is immediately reset to level 1, and the legendary items are reduced to just the initial few.

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. In rare cases this could also happen if the account was banned or locked back when Cross Progression was originally implemented.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
Please note however, that if this account has recently been recovered but was banned when Cross Progression took effect (this would have been back towards the end of 2023), that's likely to be the reason for any missing content. Unfortunately in that situation there wouldn't be a way to restore anything that's no longer appearing on the account.
