I play on a PS5 with a 1000/1000 Mbit/s connection and consistently achieve a connection score of 95+% according to your own metrics. Everything is connected via LAN cable. The game has become completely unplayable. I've been playing since December, and although there were rare moments when it worked acceptably, those were exceptions. Player commands via the controller are delayed or ignored entirely, passes are unreliable and often go in completely unintended directions, and it takes a miracle to make a player with the ball sprint. Overall, the player movement is choppy, and animations fail to load correctly. It seems there is a serious issue with optimization or synchronization that breaks the core gameplay. In competitive modes like FUT Champions, skill becomes irrelevant — the winner is often the one with slightly better gameplay conditions. What’s also puzzling is that sometimes the gameplay conditions differ significantly between players — I may experience lag and sluggish controls while my opponent plays smoothly, even though crossplay is disabled. Other times, both sides seem to suffer from poor responsiveness, suggesting broader synchronization or performance issues. I have ensured the game is always fully updated, and I have also performed multiple clean reinstalls — not only of the game itself but also of the entire PS5 system software. I’ve tested different PS5 consoles, multiple controllers, a separate internet connection with a different ISP, and even another monitor. The issue remains unchanged. Can you investigate and fix this issue, which clearly affects many players? Or should I proceed with a refund request under EU Directive 2019/770, which states: Digital content must be functional, compatible, and suitable for normal use. If it is defective (e.g., poor performance, serious bugs, or unplayability), the consumer is entitled to a repair, price reduction, or refund. Please let me know when this issue is expected to be fixed or how I should proceed. I am more than willing to cooperate in helping resolve the problem.Players slowing down
I run to the ball with my player and when I’m about to get to the ball he slowing down like he hitting the brakes and it’s happening every single game. I'm playing on ps5 the player with 99 energy he is not tired but if the opponent player need to get to the ball even if he got no energy he is flying.
Unbalanced game
When i play som matches are quite regular, but when you play of the title in the season, that is amazing **bleep**. Oponent can kick from corner or from half of fiel and it is goal. When i kick alone before goalkeeper i kick to tje post, the shoot goes to middle. Or defenders gets freezy or slowly, make a offside line is a dirty word. It is anoying this game is not about the skill or who is better player. Then all "esports games" are one big mistake, I hope Ronaldo project will be better soon. And now problem wiht advertisement is mockery to all players!No music during gameplay
For those of us who use the “Music Always On” option in the Xbox One version there has been an issue where this setting only works for the first game you play but it does not work afterwards. It is worth mentioning that I have customized my playlist so maybe this has something to do with it. Just recently I realized EA was not aware of the issue so I figure I have been going through the wrong channels this whole time. Anyways the only fixes I know of that work for this are to restart the game or turn the setting off and on in settings. More specifically, if you are trying to do the second fix it will not work inside of an actual match. This issue understandably does not have much attention but the bug is easily verifiable: Navigate to Main Menu->Game Settings->Audio and make sure the fourth option, “Music Always On” is turned on Load into any Clubs or UT match Conclude the match Load into another match At this point you should find that there is no music playing nor is there any commentary; essentially the only thing you should hear is the crowd cheering and the players kicking the ball. Any responses would be appreciated. I hope this issue gets acknowledged since it is such an inconvenience to players who like to hear the music during gameplay. If you agree that this is an issue, help me let EA know.I can't connect to the Pro Clubs League match.
All other modes work fine. About three weeks ago, when I tried to start a Pro Clubs League match, I lost connection with my opponent. Before that, it worked fine all year. I haven't changed my provider, but the issue is happening on both PS4 and PS5. FC25
