PC Player Unable to Invite PS5 Friend in FC 25 Ultimate Team & Online Seasons
I am encountering a consistent issue with cross-play invitations between myself (on PS5) and my friend (on PC). I am able to successfully send an invitation to my PC friend in both Ultimate Team (for co-op modes) and Online Seasons (for online friendlies), and they can join my lobby without any problems. However, my PC friend is unable to send me (on PS5) an invitation in either of these game modes. When they attempt to invite me, either the invitation is not received on my PS5, or they encounter an error message (details of specific error messages from the PC player's perspective would be helpful to add here if known). Steps to Reproduce: * Both players launch FC 25 on their respective platforms (PS5 and PC). * Both players ensure they are online and visible as friends within the EA Social interface. * Scenario 1 (Working): * Player 1 (PS5) navigates to Ultimate Team or Online Seasons. * Player 1 (PS5) invites Player 2 (PC) to a co-op session or online friendly. * Player 2 (PC) successfully receives the invitation and can join Player 1's (PS5) lobby. * Scenario 2 (Not Working): * Player 2 (PC) navigates to Ultimate Team or Online Seasons. * Player 2 (PC) attempts to invite Player 1 (PS5) to a co-op session or online friendly. * Player 1 (PS5) either does not receive any invitation, or Player 2 (PC) receives an error message preventing the invitation from being sent successfully. Expected Result: PC players should be able to successfully invite PS5 players to supported cross-play game modes, just as PS5 players can currently invite PC players. Actual Result: Invitations from PC to PS5 are consistently failing, preventing my friend from hosting games in Ultimate Team co-op and Online Seasons friendlies. I’m trying to play Clubs Rush mode with friends in FC 25 on ps5. The game fails to matchmake if we have less than 4 players in the lobby — we always get an error saying it can’t find teammates. However, solo Rush works fine, and we can play together in Drop-In and League matches without issue. This seems to be a consistent matchmaking bug. Hi EA Team, I play EAFC 25 through Amazon Luna. When I try to log into the Web or Companion Apps, I get the message: "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. Please log on on PC or Xbox to allow access." The issue is that as a Luna-only player, I don’t own a PC or console version of EAFC 25. This means there’s no way to complete the required one-time login step to Ultimate Team outside of Luna. As a result, Luna players are permanently locked out of the Web and Companion Apps, even though we are paying to play the game via Luna. This feels very unfair to cloud players. We’re using an official platform (Amazon Luna), yet we can’t access features that other players get by default. Could EA please: Allow Luna logins to count for Web/Companion App access, OR Provide an alternative method for Luna-only players to authenticate? EA Help support confirmed this limitation but could not provide a solution. They suggested raising the issue here so the development team is aware. Thank you for looking into this. Hi all, I’m experiencing a glitch (or some kind of technical issue) and hoping for suggestions to fix it. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Reinstalling the game Updating both the game and my graphics drivers Verifying game files Repairing via EA AntiCheat Resetting the graphics card (Ctrl + Win + Shift + B) Adding windowed mode/resolution commands to Steam launch settings Changing high DPI settings in the game’s .exe file properties Despite all these attempts, the issue persists. Over the past 3 months I have been playing much more FC25, and have also been spending money which makes this situation all the more disappointing. During competitions like Fut Champs and Rivals, I have suffered from multiple different bugs, issues and problems with EA servers. I think that I need some compensation rewards or something as this has been happening for a while and I need something in return. Out of the bugs I have had these things happen to me: My goalkeeper will not catch the ball and will then proceed to kick the ball into the goal causing me to conceed and lose matches. My AI defenders have been bugging out and having a mind of their own and in some instances they will foul the opponents AI and then cause red cards and penalties which you can imagine is terrible. I will be running using a defender and the opponent will be attacking, and I will run into the player to get the ball, but it will cause a foul when I am just running to the player and not pressing any buttons, then in most cases it will cause a red card an easy free kick. There are more bugs but let's get into the issues. Issues: I have been coming across lot's of hackers which is just not acceptable. These hackers will give themselves free kicks, penalties, freeze my players, give themselves goals and even in some instances kick me out of the match. I think that EA needs to get a grip and fix this. Another thing that I have come across MULTIPLE times is EA not keeping their servers in order. Whilst playing matches in FUT Champs etc. the servers will kick me out of the game because of too many people playing the game. Don't you think that EA would've fixed this if they want more people playing their game? This issue dumfounded me! One last issue is that the game will freeze in the middle of matches and then will speed up to catch back up with match progress. This is a very strange bug and I have done multiple things to stop it. I have cleaned my XBox and taken it apart and made it spotless, I have also replaced the thermal paste to make sure that it isn't an overheating issue. I also went an bought an ethernet cable to make my connection secure but none of this has helped! This has been a major sabotage to my gameplay. An unrelated issue is my pack luck. Now, I know that EA tells you that it is completely random but either I have the worst luck in the world or something is against me in my SBC's. I have opened over 2000 packs including over 500 85+x10's and over 600 89 Exchanges and have only packed 2 99 rated players. I am losing it here as everyone I know has opened less packs and some even have 99 rated squads and I only have 2 99 rated *packed* players. What am I doing wrong? Should I keep on opening packs and hope my luck turns? Now, I think that after spending money, being a loyal patron and spending over 20 days of playing time on the game, I should get some compensation. I have chatted with EA help and support and THEY told me to take it to EA forums to make sure that EA sees my complaint and takes action and I am hoping very much that they do. I think that I deserve rewards from all of the champions weekends that I have been sabotaged on. Now, I am not asking for every single week to be recovered. But I am asking for some good rewards on my account in return for this. It has even affected my mental state when playing the game it has been going on too long! I think Rank 1 rewards are fair as this has been going on for months! I think I have said enough and action should be taken by EA Sports. Please help me this is a big issue for me. Thank You.
