There was a big problem while playing pro clubs
While playing pro clibs with my friends, we encountered a very big problem. It is a very big problem and we would like to be compensated for such an error. During a really intense and heated match in the division 2 playoffs, the score was 5-5 in extra time. Everyone was on edge. A cross from the opposition goes into the box and a striker attemps a scissors kick. The kick ends un in the defender bots head, and the attacker falla down, with no foul or tackle commited. But to our utter shock and surprise, a penalty was given. We were at a total loss for words. The opposition ended up scoring the penalty and therefore winning the match via golden goal, thus cementing our failure in the playoffs. We were very dissapointed in the game and i consired throwing it away. This is not the first time that this has happened. This is the the straw that broke the camel's back. We would like to thus be compensated anyway, for example like promotion to division 1, or another go in the playoffs. We hope that this will never happen again. Our team name is JRN FC. Case Number: 222036682 Platform: PlayStation 5 Opponent Stat Example: 111 tackles attempted, only 13 successful Mode: FUT Champions Playoffs This tackle pattern is statistically abnormal and strongly consistent with Cronus Zen auto-tackle scripting. It cannot be achieved with natural human input and creates unfair gameplay conditions. Unfortunately, EA Support has only responded with irrelevant generic replies (lag troubleshooting, PC anti-cheat setup) that have nothing to do with my case. This is extremely frustrating, as I have submitted clear evidence. To clarify: - This is not a lag issue - This is not a PC anti-cheat installation issue - This is a fair play / suspected cheating case that should be escalated to the EA Fair Play / Anti-Cheat team Evidence attached: Screenshot of match stats showing abnormal tackle attempts I kindly ask that this case be properly escalated and reviewed by the correct team. While everything was going well in FC 25 ea shield final match, my opponent requested a pause. Even though the game wasn’t actually paused, all of my controller settings suddenly changed. I couldn’t move, got a red card, and conceded two goals. And it’s still not fixed. At halftime, the game froze and wouldn’t continue. I’m certain I was hacked. There’s a bug here, and I’m going to lose unfairly.Cannot Access Market Even After Finishing UT Foundations Objectives
I just started playing recently. I finished my UT Foundations Objectives and claimed the rewards, but I still cant access the transfer market. Couldnt find a way to contact support for help. Any fixes ? TO BE CLEAR I am talking about the in-game market, I know that the web app market takes time to unlock.
Bug: Could not retrieve online information
After every Pro Clubs match in EA FC 25, I receive the error message “Could not retrieve online information”, making pro clubs unplayable without restarting. The bug is still there even after the latest update and extensive troubleshooting. -Reinstall the game. -Allowed FC25.exe and EA AntiCheat.exe through Windows Defender firewall. -Verified game file integrity. -Removed most friends from EA friends list. -Ran both executables as Administrator. -Changed game language settings temporarily. -Flushed DNS and reset Windows network settings. -Launched the game via Steam and EA App, including signing out and back in. -Switched crossplay on and off None of these methods above worked and what i found through netstat was that the UDP port 3659 remains open and bound to FC25.exe throughout gameplay and after matches. The FC25.exe process PID changes after matches, indicating the game’s connection/session resets internally. The game window does not crash or freeze after matches, but the connection becomes unusable and reconnect attempts fail until the game is restarted. So basically the problem is not caused by my firewall, network, or pc, but problems with EA's servers. A fix in an upcoming patch would be great.
