We need optionts to report players, i would like the option when in war to click on the opponent and send complaint, its in war you see them, so for me to go out of war and remeber name, city, team and population is so backwards, and most of the time i cant even wright the name of the opponent, so please make it so we can report, on an easy style
I've sent so many complaints but EA doesn't do anything about them. It's so obvious players are hacking when they're level 20 in war rank but all their attacks are Level 20 attacks. It's been about 2 years since I've participated in a good war, and my club does 2 or 3 per week. The other thing that makes it hard to report teams is that they use symbols in their city names that are impossible for me to replicate. We should be able to report a team by ID instead of team name.

It’s an archaic system to report. Even when you do complete all the steps, your report is immediately closed and you still have to make the decision to let the club win as their hacker is bent on destroying you. Often they will have incredulous scores within seconds of game play do you know it’s a hacker/cheating player/bot
I understand that it would take a lot of responders to address these issues in real time BUT since it’s ok to take our money in real time, this issue should be taken more seriously and give us more immediate avenues to stop the cheating. It’s simply not fair.
I totally agree with everything said here. Nothing is ever done. I have checked up on players weeks after my complaints and they are still there.
I guess these hundreds of players are legitimately spending tens of thousands of dollars to advance through the ranks. If that's the case, EA certainly doesn't need any more money from me. I'M DONE. Hackers can play against other hackers.
Just had a war against a Russian team. 2 members had every single war attack at level 20, others needless to say had the usual at level 20. They had limitless war items and all boosters, jackpots, etc were level 3. They slaughtered us getting nearly 2.5 million points, their top scorer had 611690 points. I reported 2 of them but guess nothing will be done. Instant removal would be a great option.
Now up against another team with 2 blatant cheaters. Small cities with level 20 magnetism, mellow bellow, shield bust and doomsday quack. Each attack scores them 32k. Surely EA can do a simple scan for these small cities with level 20 war items. It’s not that difficult!
