Need for Speed™ Hot Pursuit Remastered Crashing Shortly After Launching
Need for speed hot pursuit launches with a black screen and after 4-5 seconds it immediately crashes saying: I have the game on Steam for clarification. If needed, my pc specs are i5-12450H / 4060 Mobile GPU / 16GB Ram and the game is installed on a SSD. I've tried; 1-Deleting and redownloading EA play several times (I can't reinstall the full game because Im on mobile data but I tried something else of equivalent) 2-Changed my GPU from hybrid mode to dedicated GPU only 3-Verify game files through steam (multiple times) 4-Launch in compatilibility mode for win 7-8 5-Launch as admin 6-Launch with the disable fullscreen optimizations option in compatibility settings 7-Changing cpu affinity by unchecking the cpu0 box 8-Closed all overlays that could affect the game 9-Disabling all apps on startup section 10-I entered my EA and Steam accounts to a friend's pc and tried from there, I could play the game with no issues but when I tried transferring the game files from his pc to mine after uninstalling the game it did not work. 11-Deleted the config file and some other files that were advised but I don't remember which ones (I replaced them back after testing) This game launched without issue a while ago but now this problem occurs with several other players reporting the same issue lately. Help.

Buenos días, sé que han pasado mucho tiempo desde que se lanzó un remasterización de NFS Hot Pursuit hace 5 años, y me preguntaba si pueden agregar el "Modo Inalámbrico" para la Nintendo Switch, es decir, conectar una consola con otra para jugar partidas mientras dicha plataforma se encuentra en un rango cercano. En caso de que Nintendo decida cerrar sus servidores de "Nintendo Switch Online" para dicha consola, es posible disfrutar de esa experiencia en modo sin conexión para que sea conveniente si se juega el "modo inalámbrico" con un amigo o familiar. Otro caso también sería agregar un modo de control para dicha plataforma, un solo Joy-Con para el modo volante (Joy-Con Wheel) en la jugabilidad (aunque puede ser bastante complejo debido a sus limitaciones), al no ser que mantengan el botón del Stick y presionar cualquier botón (⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️ y A B X Y) para poder utilizar el sistema de armas de cada bando en plena partida. Si no se concreta, no hay problema, ya que es un juego muy antiguo y que el soporte no dure por mucho tiempo.
Hot Pursuit Remastered Quick Chat
Hey EA, why isn’t there a quick chat feature for multiplayer lobbies on nfs hp remastered? I understand the original game didn’t have it but I think it would be a great inclusion. It would improve the experience a lot. There’s so many times I’ve lost the game for us all and would like nothing more than to say “sorry” “good game” “my bad” “good job” stuff like that. There’s no downsides, no one is gonna get bullied or harassed if it’s preset quick remarks which means no moderation needed. It would also be cool to ask to change the game mode like “player123 requested to play hot pursuit game mode”
NFS-HPR PC_HACKING & NINTENDO SWITCH
Could I possibly raise another concern with NFS-HP_RMSTRD. What can be done about PC people and seen some people on Nintendo Switch do it to drive Exotic cars in other series like Sports & Hyper and opposite a performance car in Super or Exotic. Not even able to bust them when they are stopped. Your weapons do nothing no damage and they have continuous. I’m by far a rising Novice to this game as well. It sure would be nice to enter a cheating detection so they are booted or exited from the lobby or game. A lot of this is because of cross-play and it ruins a lot for others. Especially those who are new to the game. Can we go back to the way gaming used to be straight up?Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered-Find Session stopped working Xbox
On 10/20/25 there was a aws outage and ever since then the “find session” no longer works for xb players. It will try searching for the first time but will stop soon after and each subsequent time the search is shorter and shorter until it just kicks you back to the online multiplayer menu screen. The only way we can play is to create a match. Please fix ASAP!
