Invites not showing in hot pursuit remastered Xbox

When my EA friends from other platforms like playstation or PC send me invites to their lobbies, the invites are not showing up in the invites tab of the game. Any solution to this problem?

Try reinstalling your game and make sure that cross-play is enabled in your settings.

danisoff I did both of these things and it’s still not working unfortunately. The problem still persists.
