EA SPORTS FC 26 ULTIMATE
I pre ordered fc 26 ultimate version on the 19 of august for 109,99€ but i did not get this rewards as stated in the games description: -93+ OVR ICÔNE PLAYER ITEM -Season 1 premuim pass -6000fc points over 2 months -1 additional Ultimate Team Player Évolution Slot EA pls fix this as soon as possible please.
My UT club vintage is missing
I have just logged in to FC26 UT, and it is showing that it is the first time I am playing UT. I have lost my vintage since 2019. I can still access my UT in FC24 and FC25 (these are installed in my Playstation). The key concern is because of this I am not getting my returning player packs and also will not get my FC25 UT based packs after many hours grinding for them. Please fix this and reconnect my 6+ year old vintage account. This is totally unacceptable being a loyal FIFA / EAFC player. P.S.: I have tried deleting saved data on device and cloud, did not fix the issue.
