In-game purchase missing
Hello, I purchased the 5.11 bundle from the in-game store a week ago using in-game currency. The 'purchase' was processed leaving me with 400 coins. I have still not received my items however. The technical support advisor suggested I post my issue here. Has anyone else had this problem and subsequently received their items?
BF6 Battlepass didnt give me all bfcoins
Hello, im writing here in hopes someone 'in power' can sort me out, as the support has been proven to be the most usless illiterate support there was. In short: I purchased the battle pass for exactly 1100 (as i had 600+purchased 500), and when i completed the battlepass (110), in return i got 800 BFcoins, and not the full 1100. And no, i didnt purchase anything for the remainder. 300 is missing.
Banned since Nov, 24th
I'm making this post to bring attention to my case and to vent that I've been banned since November 24th, 2025. My banning was presumably from having ReWASD installed on my PC and was flagged as being a cheating software. I'm not here to debate that, it is what it is. At the time I was unaware of people using it to gain an unfair advantage in other online games. I had purchased it for completely different reasons and I was not using ReWASD for BF6. I know I can't prove it but I want to state my case. I never used it for BF6, nor did I even have a profile made for it. I only used it for remapping older games or for extra functions Modded into my single player games like Skyrim or Witcher 3. BF6 won't even launch with it. When the ReWASD team was notified of this they instructed their community to put ReWASD in "Compatibility Mode", which after doing research I can only assume it tries to mask itself from the game, which I agree is shady but that's not disclosed to their customers. This ultimately led to hundreds if not thousands of user's being banned on that day. I will provide a screenshot of this. I'm not disputing that all of us are innocent, I'm sure there were many legitimate cheaters among us that were using the program to get controller aim assist on a mouse, probably the most well known method of using it to cheat. But I also want to point out that there were many people who were unknowingly being instructed to bypass anti-cheat systems. To wrap this up, since being banned I have submitted an appeal, got auto denied and resubmitted the appeal asking for a manual review. That was over 2 months ago and have only received one reply asking for my patience while it's being investigated. I purchased the game twice for me and my son to play together and I got us both Battle Passes. I think after spinding over $150 on this game and only playing it for a few weeks before being banned for nearly 2 months, I've been more than reasonably patient. Hi, For already 6 months everytime i started the game ( EA APP) it was always the same, first small image with soldiers ( banner ) loading anticheat and different things, then the minimized black screen appears and after some seconds the game starts in full screen mode, all great... Now a couple of days ago i run a full scan with antivirus Bitdefender, 5 threads were eleminated, after this, BF6 start having issues, now everytime i start the game, first i see the soldiers banner kind of like stuck not doing anyhing, then it closes and nothing happen, then i re start the game hitting play on the game on EA app or double click in desktop BF6 icon, the the banner appeas again, this time starts loading anticheat, etc, after finish, black screen starts... after some seconds, CRASH, this already happened like 10 times or more, i cannot play the game, i don't even reach the Main Menu of the game. I already unninstall anticheat, unninstall and re install EA app, unninstall and re install BF 6, repair more than 3 times BF 6 in EA app, i also execute the anticheat and hit reapir and select where BF6 folder is installed. Also i unninstall BitDefender antivirus , nothing fixed the issue, i cannot play anymore. Make Battle Pass, BF Pro, and Exclusive not time limited make it Permanent
If Battlefield 6 is just gonna be content of skins and waiting for new maps I recommend for longevity and to make money on your side and make us players have fun and stay... have a catalogue of all the old Battle Pass include the standard Battle Pass and if wanna upgrade to Bf Pro or seasons I missed I will pay for it.
Battlefield 6 - Re-design
Yes, our team was not perfoming well of the recorded clip i will link but the TOW of vehicles and of Stationery needs a change. If not, some maps needs dramatically change. This is Op. Firestorm that a tank just sits at their OUT OF BOUNDS side and just sends tow's to the team. Whatever the factor may be, the speed of TOW's is not possible to escape at all because everything is slowed down. I might not be a perfect pilot but when he is stationary, nobody shooting at him and just has the ease to aim and shoot me down no matter what path or maneuver i make, it's simply not possible.

Ok its time for another spin off. Or allow visceral to create the next battlefield or take over 6. I was thinking another hardline. The only mass complaint was "it wasn't battlefield". Hardline literally had little to no issues. Sholl didnt have registration and netcode issues. Put visceral in the game coach!! Just name it hardline. And leave battlefield out of it... fixed
SIM / Lag Issue. Impossible to play.
I am once again making a post about this issue that is not resolved. I got this very same SIM performance issue that EA has acknowledged months ago. I do not even have min-spec system and still getting tremendous amounths of SIM related performance issues that makes game completely unplayable. I could play on 30hz portal servers as i did until EA decided to change them to 60hz making this game completely unplayable for me. it is 4 months into this game, and yet i have not been able to play this game i paid 70€ as it sould be played. Refunds are denied even update made game completely unplayable. No timetable on fixing this issue. Ridiculous.
