Wheel not able to access Session info
Bug Title: Time Trial Garage – Session Info Not Accessible via Wheel Input Platform: PC (Windows 11) Thrustmaster T300 F1 Advanced Wheel Game Version: [e.g. v1.8 / Season 2 Patch] Issue: In Time Trial mode, session info in the garage is only accessible using keyboard input. - Wheel input (Button 4 or others) does not trigger or retain session info. - Switching to keyboard allows session info to open (e.g. using F1), but it collapses when wheel input resumes. - Session info action is not remappable in control settings. - Editing actionmaps XML to assign a wheel button to session info has no effect. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter Time Trial and stay in the garage. 2. Try to open session info using wheel buttons — nothing happens. 3. Press F1 on keyboard — session info opens. 4. Touch wheel input — session info collapses. Workaround: AutoHotkey script to convert wheel button to F1 keystroke works — confirming the game only listens to keyboard events for this menu. Suggested Fix: - Add “Session Info” as a remappable control action. - Allow wheel input to retain garage menu context instead of locking it to drive-only mode.2Views0likes0CommentsGame Crashes PC, Black Screen.
While playing game keeps crushing PC! I’ve tried everything (DDU, clean install, HAGS off, DX11, reset configs, overlays off, Windows updated) and F1 24 still crashes my PC completely after launch. Please escalate this issue. It is on F1 24 but also F1 25. It’s unacceptable that the game is unplayable despite all troubleshooting steps.9Views0likes0CommentsKey Bindings not being honoured
Issue: F1 24 – Custom Control Bindings Not Honoured I’m using MOZA pedals with a Thrustmaster Ferrari wheel on PC (Steam). My ERS +/– inputs are correctly mapped and worked fine in qualifying, time trials, and races until recently. Now they fail to respond in all sessions, despite showing correctly in the control settings. The buttons have reverted to brake binding, which is what I initially put in the controller settings I’ve tried: - Rebinding controls manually - Disabling Steam Input - Deleting and restoring config files - Reinstalling the game - Disabling Steam Cloud and launching fresh - Re-enabling Steam Cloud with clean local files Despite this, the game appears to restore outdated bindings and ignores changes. I suspect a corrupted cloud profile or input polling conflict. I’d like help resetting control mappings without losing game progress.13Views0likes3CommentsERS and AI Glitch
For whatever reason every ERS mode just didn't deploy, even setting it to auto. This is after restarting the game once to try and fix it. Then this race the AI decided to box every lap of a 5 lap race on standard tyre wear. Does anyone know what is happening?12Views0likes0CommentsGame doesn't accept input, leaving me stuck at the splash screen unable to play.
As title says. The game doesn't take inputs and hasn't since January. I have tried with both an Xbox elite series and PS4 dual shock. Using Bluetooth and usb connections, I have tried multiple usb ports. I have disabled Steam input in the steam settings. I have launched the game as administrator. I have created a new admin account on the PC and tried it. I have updated firmware and drivers. I have manually installed EA Anti cheat. I ha e calibrated the controller through Windows settings. I have done a clean boot. I am at my wits end about this.17Views0likes0Commentscontracts Co op AI bug

Everytime I attempt to run F1 24 or F1 25, I get an EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH. (See Video Attached) The crash in the video is silent (no prompt) but at times I get a prompt mentioning issues with EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. When I launch EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from windbg, I see that the EXE seems to be a amd64 binary, and my device is an arm based. Is there no EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe compatible with ARM64??20Views0likes0CommentsThe problem of continuing a two-person career
Hello, I encountered a problem with a two-person career, more precisely when I started a training session with a friend in Singapore, his internet went down and from that moment on we can't play together anymore because when we start the career again, he always has a black screen and the words waiting for a player (i.e. waiting for me) there is a countdown and when it counts down to zero, nothing happens, and on my screen I am in the session selection. We checked the integrity of the files, restarted the computers and it didn't help. Is there any chance to save this career because we really want to be able to play together again?78Views1like2CommentsF124 Crashing during pit Entry on practice (Driver Career)

I’ve completed 5 consecutive Ranked Multiplayer races with perfect driving and my Safety Rating is still stuck at D. In each of these 5 races: No collisions (with AI or players) No penalties No track limit warnings I finished every race Despite this, my Safety Rating hasn’t increased at all. I understand Safety Rating is based on clean driving and recent performance — but this should be more than enough to move from D to C. Other players have reported similar issues. I’ve restarted the game, double-checked post-race summaries, and ensured I had no invalidations during the races themselves. Still no change. Steps to Reproduce: Enter Ranked Multiplayer Complete multiple races cleanly Observe no change in Safety Rating despite clean performance Expected Result: After 3–5 clean races, my Safety Rating should increase from D to C Actual Result: Rating remains stuck at D despite perfect race performance5Views0likes0Comments
