End of season crash 2p career
I was in a 2 player career mode at the end of season 3. We both signed a 2 year deals with different teams Redbull & Mclaren just before this. We advanced to end the season, clicked through the stats page and both of us crashed after advancing. There was no error message Just a straight crash We have tried to "Fix" this issue but nothing we have tried has worked We have no idea what caused this so how can we avoid this and finish a career? Is it the broken contracts like last years game?
Starting Position Incorrect
During me and my cousin's two-player career mode, our starting positions for both the Sprint and Full Race at the Shanghai International Circuit were incorrect. During the Sprint Qualifying, I set 2nd, while my cousin set 16th (was in the bathroom lol). Come the sprint, I was sitting at P1 and he was P2. Now, for the Race Qualifier, I set P1, and my cousin set P6. Come race day, I was P15 and he was P19. I don't understand how this could even be possible, and it is very discouraging to try in Qualifying if this will keep happening. I am a little worried about continuing our career mode if this is a known thing and not resolved. If anyone else has experienced this and found a fix, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope this is an easy fix or track-specific and will be addressed soon.
Strong FPS drop when playing on the steering wheel
When playing with a wheel, I experience significant drops in frames per second (FPS) from 200 to 130, but when I switch to an Xbox gamepad, the number exceeds 200. My wheel is a Moza R5. This happens on every track, in all game modes, in all weather conditions, and with the same graphics settings. This issue doesn't occur in other racing games. We're running our championship seasons on the EA SPORTS F1 games and we're currently in the process of searching reserve drivers to join our main tier named "Division Alpha" for Season 5, which will continue on August 6th, where it will take place in Circuit de Gilles Villeneuve for our version of the Canadian GP, which will be the the final race before we head into our first mid-season break from August 7th until August 19th. There is almost no Force Feedback in controller. Very few vibration, mainly in the when exiting corners. It's an F1 25 issue. I talked about this with a lot of people playing with controller and they have the same problem. Please fix this, is not enjoyable at all. Hi, ive been playing with controller since a long time at amateur/semi pro esport level since 2 years on controller, i heard that in this game (F1 25) some controller esport drivers has complained about the performance gap between controllers and wheel players, especially controller players struggles on slow speed corners the traction on the exit, as theyre forced to use the 2nd gear instead of the usual 3rd gear because they lose laptime while tractioning on the exit risking to spin, and sometimes during the braking in entry corner they slide even while they trail brake, i can understand that youre aiming more the casual controller players to play the game but it disadvantages the controller competitive players so much that they're forced to pay a wheel set-up, so if you will manage to make an update to balance this, without touching the wheel performance obviously :)
ghosting problem with any dlss preset (even dlaa)
As per the title, when I activate dlss (PC - EA App) with any quality preset, an annoying ghosting effect is reproduced in game (as in the attached photo). APXGP Pack missing
Hi everyone, I purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition via Steam on July 11, 2025, which was within the eligibility period to receive the APXGP Pack, including access to the F1 movie characters (Sonny Hayes, Joshua Pearce) and the APXGP team. However, the APXGP Pack is not showing up in my Steam DLC list, and neither the movie drivers nor the APXGP team are available in-game. I've checked across all game modes (Career, My Team, Grand Prix, etc.), but they are nowhere to be found. I've also made sure the game is fully updated and that all the DLC available are installed properly—but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or steps I might be missing? Thanks very much for your help!
An option to disable wet weather on career mode?
Hello, I know EA is aware of the AI issue in wet conditions and working on a fix, and I'm glad to hear that. But until a solution is found, we are left with a broken part of the game. Races with changing conditions are especially unplayable. You can be 1-2 second faster on dry track, but when the rain hits, you can suddenly get 4 seconds slower. So, until a patch is released on this matter, please consider giving us an option to disable wet conditions in Career Mode. Otherwise it's getting to a point where I no longer want to race in wet conditions and skip them entirely.
