my EA account got hacked
Hi, I need help recovering my EA account. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted. Because of this issue, I’m unable to verify my identity and proceed with the account recovery process. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? The people that decide the OBJ are, let's say, not very good at their job. Just got disconnected 3 times in the South American League, an objective that requires you to win 60% of your games in order to complete the OBJ. That's 12 wins in 20 games and now 3 of them, or 15%, are gone due to EA servers being crap. And it's not like I lost my internet connection or even my connection to PSN, nope it was JUST EA servers. The first two happened even before kickoff, got past the team screen and then nothing. the third one was at halftime as I was leading 1-0. Of course those disconnects were promptly followed by EA's disconnection threat (sorry "disconnection warning") about not "leaving" games. Whoever decided the 12 wins out of 20 needs to get fired NOW! I just now updated my Windows, since on my old windows version I was getting an error that said "Your windows version is not supported. Please upgrade to the minimum supported version." So I updated... Did not fix it. I searched around and found no vbox files on my computer, and uninstalled some controller configuration emulators... This achievement is unobtainable or at least heavily bugged and missable! Since September, if you play the game normally and complete the quests, you will always reach a dead end and there will be no new quests to compensate for this. If you don't adhere to precisely timed, completely absurd slowdown mechanics that no one can know about, sooner or later you will get stuck. From that moment on, the achievement is 100 % unobtainable! There are several posts about this on here and on reddit for example. Why is EA not taking any action? This problem/bug has existed since September 2025 and has not been fixed! Even writing multiple tickets didn't change anything for me. In the support chat, they just keep saying, "We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed!" But when? EA should be aware that we are paying customers and that this problem would be so easy to solve! Just add a handful of new quests for SP and everything would be fine. Why is the problem being ignored? EA should also be aware that there are people who care about the 100 % achievements and platinum trophies. People who started later and use EA Play (i.e., paying customers again) who are now locked out for good! Just because they might have leveled up too quickly once and 20 quests were exactly enough, and it was calculated so extremely tightly! The whole thing is getting ridiculous! I just found out I got banned from FC 25 in February 2025 — but guess what? I bought the game in June 2025. So how the hell was I banned from a game I didn’t even own at the time?
